My partner and I recently bought a Caddy Maxi from Fairfax Europe, we could not fault the car nor the company. Rob was lovely, he dealt with everything professionally and made us feel at ease when buying our first vehicle. With the current COVID-19 situation going on, it was a bit harder to purchase a car, but the dealer had thought of everything. We arrived and were allowed to test drive the car for however long we wanted. This gave us time to look around it and see if it was suitable for us. The car was in great condition for its age we had a look and there were no viable problems with it. When driving it, it handled very well and it was very clean on the inside. After deciding we wanted to buy the car, to keep in line with the government guidance, we transferred the money to the dealers bank account and we got a digital receipt, and all the legal documents via email. There were no problems, and we spoke on the phone to the dealer. The dealer was very nice, easy to speak to, and was not pushy on getting the sale, one of the few dealers who wanted to make sure we were happy with out decision and not just trying to get us a sale. 10/10.
