R.We picked up our new MG ZS . From the first visit till the last, our sales executive George Hunt was very helpful and friendly. He always kept us updated about our car. Luckily we get our car a month earlier than expected. I recommend that branch for everyone who is thinking to buy an MG.
S. J.Finally picked up our MG ZS this week.We ordered it in August and were originally told the delivery date would be 24th December. Only after chasing the company for several days at the start of December did we find out that would not be the case, and that they didn’t know when we would receive our car.
We were told it may be a couple of months and we did indeed pick it up in March.
The company itself were not good at keeping us, or the sales person, informed as to what was happening, no one seemed to know where our car would arrive. Tom the sales guy was great however and did his best to make sure we were kept in the loop and got our car as soon as possible.
Tom’s communication with us was good, we were very pleased to deal with him and would do so again.

l. d.As like many others, was looking for ways to reduce the fuel bill and so I decided on a Hybrid car.
The MG dealership at Maidstone was the ONLY dealership to say "Lets see what we can do", many others had just shook their heads, some laughed but all explained the extraordinary wait for new vehicles which I didn't want to hear.
I purchased an MGHS PHEV car, exchanging my Ford Puma (Great part exchange deal) luckily I only had to wait a couple of weeks and I haven't looked back since.
The dealership was clean, inviting but most of all, was the help offered to me. Even with the initial, "Hello, can I help you" this was followed by a drinks request (Glass of water on a very hot day) but it's those little things that add up.
Throughout the whole process, it was a pleasure to deal with MG Maidstone, the salesman Nigel was polite, courteous at all times but also the whole dealership operated with a common sense approach, sadly lacking in other companies.
Well done MG, Well done Maidstone MG.
