We viewed and bought our first caravan. Our salesman was Chris. I can say that nothing was too much trouble. When we went and collected it ,we was talked through and shown how everything works. We only went to a site just down the road in case of any problems. Which we encountered. The first day we couldn’t get the boiler working. Phoned them up and they talked us through it. Yay. We now had hot water. No more problems until we went to hitch up and go home. The electric hook up wouldn’t go in the connector on the car. It was raining heavily,husband was getting more annoyed so we phoned them up,yet again,and Chris came to campsite and rectified the problem. Would absolutely recommend them to any anyone looking to purchase a caravan. The young lady in the shop was very helpful and knowledgeable. Well done to all involved. Keep up the good work!!

After seeing that Lee Davey Caravans had a Unicorn Pamplona coming in to stock, we decided to make the round trip of around 70 miles to have a look at the current Unicorn 5 range in stock. When we arrived, we were greeted by Patrick, who showed us to a couple of show vehicles, and apologised in advance that he was single handed, and may have to answer the phone on occasion if we didn't mind. Of course we understood, so this was fine. We spent a couple of hours looking at everything inside and out on the show vehicles,as we already have a Unicorn Barcelona, so were comparing every detail. All the while, Patrick popped back over to us, answering questions and informing us of different processes and options. Nothing is too much trouble for Patrick, and is happy to assist in any way possible. He left us feeling confident in their business, and that we could buy a new Pamplona safe in the knowledge that we can rely on them should the need arise in future. We are now waiting on the delivery of our new Pamplona, and we really do recommend both Lee Davey Caravans, and, in particular Patrick, who was so helpful even when he was clearly being rushed off his feet with customers both in person and on the phone. Fantastic Gang So - after picking up the caravan we has some issues with heating and hot water over the weekend, phoned and explained the situ, which was quickly dealt with on the Monday by two engineers and the manager visiting the site we were staying at to remedy, this done we had a nice week away, but we needed to return the caravan for a specialist to look at the air con. We have just had a call to say that they are replacing the air con unit as it is not viable for replacement parts at a cost of £1900 to themselves, what customer service?? If I was able to give more than 5 stars I would

We arrived to see a few caravans. On closer inspection they had all been sold. We were informed that stock was coming in in September, then October or November. Save yourselves a journey unless you need something from the shop.

Just picked up our third new caravan from Lee Davey Caravans Ltd and, as is usual, we received a professional and friendly service from their staff who we have dealt with since 2012. An unhurried handover from Mark who answered all our silly questions and dealt with a couple of little issues immediately and to our complete satisfaction. Our new Coachman Laser Xcel 575 is just perfect for us and knowing that the after sales service is just as good gives us even more confidence in Lee Davey! Cannot wait to get away. They were amazingly helpful after a storm snapped our skylight off the campervan. Leaving us with a hole in our roof. Ordered the part next day, calmed our fears about installing and assisted in replacing it before the next storm. Very grateful for their knowledge and friendliness. Cannot recommend enough.

Mark was very helpful when we were choosing a caravan. He let us look at 4 different caravans. We chose a Coachman twin axle without a fixed bed. We would tell anyone who wanted to buy a caravan speak to them first they are brilliant. Picking up the new caravan in October.

Sometimes they can be difficult to contact especially when they are busy, however, that is pretty much the same for any company. I swiped the rear corner of our beloved caravan, puncturing the outer skin and ruining about 1 meter of awning rail.Caravan repairers over in Essex were useless. One even mentioning a possible rightoff!! Anyway, sanity prevailed when I contacted Lee Davey Caravans. It took them a few days but was well worth the wait. They carried out a fantastic repair job, so much so we couldn't spot any repair, even her indoors was most impressed, after being highly sceptical, with regards to an adequate repair, initially. I am a motorhome owner who recently discovered a problem with a bathroom accessory manufactured by Thetford. Not wishing to travel 40 miles to the supplier of my motorhome, I contacted the nearest Thetford Premier Service Center, Lee Dave Caravans. I was asked to email them my details and the nature of the problem. I received prompt and informative replies and even photos highlighting where I could locate a serial number. I was updated of the replies they had received from Thetford throughout. Four days after my initial enquiry I received a phone call informing me that my replacement accessory was ready to collect. Well done and thank you to Lee Davey Caravans (and Thetford), for providing me with superb customer service!

Da wir 5 Wochen mit unserem Camper in England sind haben wir uns entschlossen eine FloGas Flasche für unsere Gasversorgung zu nehmen. Nachdem wir zwei Tage auf der Suche in verschiedenen Baumärkten waren um das richtige Ventil und den richtigen Schlauch zu bekommen, damit wir die FloGas Flasche mit unserem Gassystem im Camper verbinden können, hat uns hier die junge Dame in wenigen Minuten verstanden was wir suchen und uns die richtigen Artikel gezeigt. Sie hat sich Zeit genommen uns das Ventil zu erklären. Wir sind sehr glücklich unsere Reise jetzt entspannt fortsetzen zu können. Vielen Dank für die Hilfe 👍👍😁 (Translated) Since we are in England for 5 weeks with our camper, we decided to take a FloGas bottle for our gas supply. After two days of looking in different hardware stores to get the right valve and the right hose so that we can connect the FloGas bottle to our gas system in the camper, the young lady here understood us in a few minutes what we were looking for and us correct items shown. She took the time to explain the valve to us. We are very happy to be able to continue our journey relaxed. Thank you for the help 👍👍😁
