Having had some less than great experiences at some car dealerships it was refreshing to go to Mercedes in Maidstone and have truly great experience from start to finish with our first new car purchase for my wife’s early birthday present . The attitude of reception and everyone that dealt with us was top of the tree A special mention has to go to Rummy the sales executive who dealt with us through the whole procedure from our trade in to our new car purchase he was exceptional in every way nothing was too much for him also he was non pushy and he made us feel very special especially at the handover where he took photos and footage for us and covering the car for the surprise affect and even the salespeople who weren’t dealing with us were chatty and friendly Thank you all keep up the good work

From first contacting the garage right through to the end the service was exceptional. I am not local to Maidstone, it is 2 hours from my house and I have a local Mercedes’ dealer 10 minutes from me. However due to the service I received I was more than happy to make the journey. Ed made everything super easy, he was always there to answer any questions I had (which was lots!) and was always super friendly. I never felt pushed to make decisions like I have with some car dealers. Overall a great experience.

Recently bought a Mercedes GLC from Taranjjt at the Maidstone branch. He was honestly the most helpful, friendly and down-to-earth guy that I could have dealt with. When you’re getting a new car, the experience should be personal and inviting in my opinion, and he delivered on exactly that. Both my girlfriend and I were raving about our experience for days after we drove away with the new car. Extremely happy with the car and the aftercare I’m sure I’ll receive from them.
