Due to an unfortunate disaster when one of my locking wheel nuts on my FocusST broke,I needed to get the other three off otherwise I would not be able take any wheels off or have them balanced. On looking online on forums, I discovered that a lady had had the same problem and had been into Haynes my local Ford Dealer in Maidstone who didn't seem to want to help her even at their extortionate prices! She was recommended by a friend to go to Young&Partners at Sutton Valence who sorted her out straight away! Needless to say,I went along to them and was greeted by a very helpful chap Dave who booked me in for a week ahead. I went there yesterday early and was intending to borrow one of their courtesy cars at avery reasonable rate of approx. £10 odd to cover insurance but as I was there just after 8am, he said he would do the job straight away himself while I waited. I cannot praise Dave enough for his help and also met Steve Young the owner to convey my thoughts about the service I received and would not hesitate to recommend Young&Partners to others as a friendly professional family run outfit-well done!

What a helpful and friendly garage. Won't deny I was a demanding customer but over a few emails and phone calls I purchased the car I had been looking for, for a long time for a good price and fabulous customer service. Kyle was patient and the outcome for all I think was acceptable for all parties. A family run garage where customer satisfaction etc is the main priority and I would definitely recommend this garage to anyone looking for a good car for a decent price. I recently took my car to Young and Partners because the heating wasn't working well on my 2013 Focus. They didn't complete unnecessary work trying to get to the bottom of it and suggested that it was something that needed main dealer diagnosis. They suggested Trust Ford in Gillingham. Imagine my surprise when they came back with the information that I needed a new engine! Luckily this was covered by a Ford warrenty so I now have a new engine and I only paid for 30 minutes diagnosis at Young's. I would recommend Young and Partners very highly.

Didn't actually end up buying from Young & Partners as found something that suited us a tiny, tiny bit better elsewhere. However, it was very close and I was actually disappointed not to be giving them our business, as Kyle has been so helpful, personable and not at all pushy when I was looking at their cars and when I texted him with various follow up questions. He was professional, efficient, generous in negotiating and honest. As a lone female car hunter, I found some dealers patronising, rude or pushy, but Kyle was straight forward and didn't mind answering questions. Would definitely say they are worth your time to look at.

I purchased my new car from this garage, which looked a good example of the model when I first looked at it and looked great after the little bit of extra work I wanted. The owner is perhaps a little gruff, but he was happy to let us test drive it on our own and made a fair offer on part exchange. The hand over was well handled and efficient, with a 6 month warranty (I would of preferred a year, but these seem difficult to come by, even at main dealers). The price of the vehicle was also fair, so if you're looking for a second hand Ford in S.E. Kent, not a bad place to start.
