Great service from these guys, in particular John who handled the sale of a BMW 3 Series Tourer to me. I reserved the car online Sunday Evening and after a MOT & Full Service I collected it on Wednesday!! I live in the South East and therefore was unable to pre-view the car, I had to rely on Johns description of the car to commit to the Journey to Manchester however as he said it was "Spot On" a few age related marks / scratches that were reflected in the price! Brought an Audi A4 Avant Quattro yesterday. Brilliant service from the guys. Swiftly moved all of the other vehicles out the way of the car so I could have a proper look and made a special effort to get the car out for a test drive despite all of the builders vans in the way. This might sound a bit OTT and a bit gushing but take on board what I’m saying! It’s a company that always does the right thing and looks out for the customers best interests . Omar is an excellent individual! I would also like to add that , a used car is not a NEW car so it is inevitable the odd problem will happen from time time . People are quick to forget that they themselves didn’t work as well as they did five or 10 years ago and I do believe that ACC try their best to make sure everything is as good as it can possibly be before they sell a car to a customer .(for Example i know paint defects are treated at Corbetts who are a Mercedes,Smart and Volvo approved dealer this shows quality is more important than cost!) I mention this because In my day job I sell car parts and having know Omar for a few years I can categorically say that he is a great guy , I know this because he occasionally buys parts from me on occasion when he is not happy with the quality of something and he wants to keep his own customers happy at his own expense. I also witnessed on one occasion when a BMW engine failed on a customer and he dipped into his own pocket and paid a number of thousands to rectify a problem , I didn’t have the engine to sell him but I sourced him one and that’s down to Omar being a decent guy , I don’t help non genuine people!!! Doing the right thing is a trait I look for in any human being !!! I deal with hundreds of motor traders and I genuinely and I mean GENUINELY! trust about 4 of them , so much so that Ancoat car sales was my first port of call and today I have gotten my next door neighbor a cracking Peugeot for an unreal deal but it’s not the car I invest in , it’s people and that’s why I know we are in safe hands should things happen . My actions reflect on others so that’s why I’ve taken my neighbour to ACC .Today we have bought a Peugeot 207 and though in life (and I’m a firm believer) you get what you pay for we got we got a hell of a lot more than what we paid for , so much so that my other neighbour is coming back for a Focus next week! Seriously thanks for your efforts guys and I wish you every success . 👍👍👍👍👏
