We purchased a Toyota Estima Hybrid. We agreed a purchase price and felt comfortable paying a deposit straight away. We were kept informed throughout the purchase. I would highly recommended them as the communication was spot on. Even tho the car was in Japan I felt at ease. Once the car arrived into the UK I was sent clear pictures of the car and anything that needed doing to the car was clearly outlined. Once the car was ready and all paperwork was complete I collected the car and I am very happy with my purchase. The main thing for me is the after service. I have had several conversations with them after my purchase and every time they have been more than helpful answering my questions in a polite and friendly manner. Very quick, honest and reliable service. Mr Rizwan made the transfer very hassle free and it was done very quickly. Warranty was covered and a used battery was changed with no extra cost to us.
