My daughter bought a car from here several months ago and I can't rate highly enough the customer support received from Callum. There were a few minor issues found on the car in the first few weeks which were sorted without any problem. There was also a difficult to pinpoint intermittent problem with the car going into limp mode, this took lots of time and effort to resolve but to Callum's great credit he always responded to calls, never fobbed us off and even gave her a courtesy car whilst he investigated the fault. It turned out to be the throttle position wiring which was replaced.

I purchased a car from AWB a couple of weeks ago, unfortunately not long after this there was an issue with the clutch. Straight away without hesitation, Callum offered to have the car fixed at a cost to AWB. Organised transport to drop a courtesy car to myself (Over 90 minutes away) and took my car to be fixed. Nothing was too much effort and I was kept updated throughout. Extremely helpful from start to finish. I would highly recommend this garage to anybody looking to buy a new car.

Outstanding service from Callum and Ryan at the Denton branch. I was left to explore the cars at my leisure, with absolutely no pressure or pushy sales patter. When I picked the car, the test drive was done very quickly, and a fair price agreed for my part-ex vehicle. Really good customer service from AWB. We had some issues that emerged with the car after we purchased (it happens, understandable) but AWB very willingly and quickly rectified, with no inconvenience to me, and took the time to keep me in the loop all the time and explain what was happening. If you’ve seen a car they’re advertising and looking at their reviews before you visit (just like I did) then go speak with them - all the positive reviews on here reflect my experience - I definitely recommend.

I bought my Hyundai car recently from AWB cars in Denton and can't praise them enough. The two guys that run it are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I felt very comfortable dealing with them. When I picked my car up Callum sorted my tax out for me whilst I waited. All I had to do we drive it home. Unfortunately, the following day I had a spot of trouble with the car. When I phoned and spoke to Callum he was very apologetic and came to collect my car and the problem was sorted the same day. This Is Really Vital!! Read This Review First before You a Car from Anywhere Else!! We Got a Zafira from here over 2 months ago For My Daughter Natalie, Calum who’s a great salesman was most helpful and The Sale Went Through Good with All Usual Warranty and Promises Etc... Here's Where It Really Matters Though! When things do go wrong and you need to take it back to be fixed!! Anyone can say don’t worry your covered before anything happens, and then you read the small print when you need it and you’re not covered! Or they go back on their promises.. This will never happen at AWB Motors Denton!! Unfortunately this time I’ve had a couple of expensive problems Probably Because it was an older car.. Just happens sometimes as they can’t always know what’s going to happen after they sell you car, Especially an older vehicle. However Calum has gone over and above anything we ever expected and we cannot praise him enough! All issues have been speedily corrected at their own expense and we were given a nice courtesy car for our troubles whist our car was fixed, they also carried out extra work on the car that might have come up in a couple of years and extended the cars warranty by another 6 months for our trouble! Please don’t buy anywhere else without trying here first; you will never ever be disappointed because peace of mind is only good whist it lasts!! you need a dealer to back up them promises, most dealers don’t do that, But AWD motors go Above and beyond The Expected to make their customers very happy!
