The service and support from Blue Chilli Car Leasing was excellent. I would like to particularly thank Matt for all his help from start to finish - he was excellent throughout. In addition, I always felt that I was an important customer, with regular updates and advice while we waited for our car to be delivered. Honestly, Matt and Blue Chilli made the whole process as easy as possible - even during the COVID pandemic.

Cannot fault them! I have told them I will be going back for my next lease. After speaking with other companies I tried Blue Chilli and found them to be totally different and despite being told their were no models of the car I wanted in the UK by other companies, they found one (the last one) and it is now mine. Right from the first contact with them, to a few days after delivery, when I had a query, they have been nothing but faultless, helpful, polite,honest and respectful. Not once did they try and sell me something I didn't want, unlike others . They listen and work with you to find the right car for you, use their years of experience, knowledge and contacts to get the best deal and delivery possible - less than 3 weeks until I took delivery, at home. They made it SO easy and I will 100% be going back to them when this lease ends.

Matt was super helpful and informative throught the whole process of leasing my new Audi RS3. Firstly informing me of an impending price rise so he knew what price to quote (luckily I was ready to order anyway) Secondly being helpful in making sure the finance and car order were secured quickly. And getting me an estimated delivery time of April. Matt then called with updates unprompted, giving me me all the relevant information quickly. To top this off my car was delivered exactly as expected, amazing considering all the parts shortages! I wouldn't hesitate to use blue chilli again and will reconmend them to all my firends and family!

Fantastic experience with these guys. Dealt with Chris Mason as i did 3 years ago on my previous car . Find Chris very helpful with a no nonsense approach and not at all pushy. Ordered my car extremely late due to covid but he managed to pull it out of the bag for me. Couple of weeks from start to finish even got it delivered on a saturday which was well received.
