T. A.Front tyres needed replacing and they sourced them online. Did the job with no quibble and very reasonable priced. Even recommended the tracking alignments needed too. Also at reasonable price. Will definitely take the car back there for its MOT due soon.
B. M.Had MOT here which brought up replacement suspension arms needed. Booked back in straight away, work done and re-MOT'd for a very satisfactory price. Nice team - particularly Reece who explained everything in advance and then ran through exactly what he'd done when I picked it up. Would highly recommend.
C. D.Always visit here for tyre and simple car issues, servicing and MOT. Staff really helpful, especially Reece who has been really accommodating following 2 recent experiences of multiple tyre punctures, including squeezing me in at short notice on Good Friday before i was about to head off on a long journey. Happy to recommend and prefer Walkden branch to one on Chaddock lane Astley, despite it being closer.
C. B.Amazing customer service from these guys! I needed bulb replacements for my headlights and brake lights and found the autocentre on the way to work. They took my car straight away even though i just showed up without calling in advance. I work around the corner and was due to start work very soon, they sorted my car out so fast and were so lovely (I'm new to the area). Thanks again guys- I know where i will be coming in the future!

In fact they picked up an error made by another garage at an MOT , and I can’t thank them enough for their diligence because my car had been left in a dangerous condition , and if it wasn’t for their attention to detail at formula one , who knows what could have happened!! I turned up without pre booking for front tyres as mine were bald, Inbetween Christmas and New year (after being turned away from ATS euromaster)
They had tyres in stock and worked a little late to squeeze me in.
When my car was on the ramp and front wheels off, I got asked if I'd like to take a look at my front brakes as they were shot.
They priced up the work and said it could be done next day.
Whilst looking at my brakes I asked the technician about a rumble from the back at 75mph ish and what amazed me was that he began to check ALL my suspension components, wheel bearings...etc (free of charge) also asked lots of questions about my tyre history, how old were the back tyres, part worn, which garage ...etc
Once he was confident all my suspension was good he advised I change the rear tyres for several reasons! Not one was because of tread depth....and now my car feels totally different! No vibration at high speed and smoother at low speed!
BOTH my back tyres were defective for a long time! And all the other mot stations and tyre shops I have been to had missed it!!
All the investigation was as a duty of care for me, a customer! And cost nothing other than the price of 4 tyres!
(I did my brakes myself as I'm a cheap scate)
I will not use another garage as long as that team remains at formula one in walkden.
