A. F.I had a power steering issue which fortunately was a warranty issue. The only slight issue was it had to go in a couple of days later than planned but well communicated. They dealt with the issue really quickly and I had a great courtesy vehicle. Can’t thank them enough for getting everything sorted and my van back before Christmas.

Mechanic / maintenance bay availability appears to be ‘bottlenecked’
The other widespread issue for majority of manufacturers is that the design of the diesel vehicle incorporates a maintenance cost for dpf replacement at 100 - 120k driving style dependent. At 2.7K this is a customer cost that needs to be transparent at point of sale, similar to cam belt etc.
J. O.From walking through the front door and being offered a coffee to walking back out to the words " hope you have a great day". Never had a bad experience and always updated with progress reports which is imperative to me. I run a fleet of 19 LWB vehicles and having one off the road is a nightmare. Inchape Manchester offer me a fab service from having a vehicle broken down to warranty work or a service. Staff are friendly, professional and always happy to help. Excellent.
