Reliable and can be highly recommended. Bought a RR Evoque from them and Shinny was really helpful throughout the process. Vehicle was in good condition, serviced by them and had clear documents. Well, that was one roller coaster ride tbh, I don't normally write reviews, but I will do in this case because I think they deserve one, I bought a Jeep from Liv Motors ( Fidan ) , and though the car was per-inspected by another mechanic, and was working fine in the beginning, it started showing multiple issues within the first month or so, needless to say it was frustrating, but every time I had an issue, I called Fidan and he sorted the problem after I took the car to them, and one time they even recovered it for me because the BreakDown insurance company wouldn't, one issue remained for a while, it was tricky ( I even asked dealerships, other mechanics, online forums, you name it) no one knew how to solve it, every time they changed something in the car, looked like its gonna work, but it kept coming back, up's and down's and many trips later the issue was finally found and fixed, even though we passed the warranty time, they didn't leave me hanging, they kept trying and finally got it sorted, they also paid part of the fuel that i had to spend going back and forth, all the time they were as friendly as possible , and the most important part is that unlike many other dealers (trust me, I know), they didn't just give up. all that was needed is a little bit of friendly communication and time. I give 5 stars for the after service/friendliness and communication. ps: its been almost a month since it was fixed, and it drives like a dream, not a single issue.

We bought a Fiat Punto from Fidan in May.Very friendly and professional service.slight problem with the tracking, which was fixed Immediately. Took the car back today as we could hear an unusual sound from underneath. Fidan took the car for a drive and spotted a large screw stuck In the tyre, We went for a coffee,and his mechanic fixed it straight away. Bought an expensive car here, you only get 3 months Warrenty and I have had it back in 3 times already. The jobs did get fixed and the lads are helpful. I Don't think much of their 'laid back' mechanic!

I purchased a VW Polo from Liv Motors in December 2021. The guys there were great - very friendly and efficient. They responded quickly to me contacting them about the car, and when I came to see it they pointed out some issues (dent, chipped windscreen) which they got fixed within a couple of days. It was great service. After a couple of months I noticed an issue with the handbrake (common with VWs) so I contacted them again and they were great - the issue was fixed within hours. Thanks again guys.

Great customer service and after care. Went to view a car and found a minor issue upon test drive. With 24 hours I had a call back and the issue had been fixed. The day after i bought the car a rear shock failed, I contacted Liv Motors directly and they were very helpful and immediatly offered to fix the car under warranty and supplied a replacement like for like vehicle while mine was in their garage. I now have my car back and it is running perfectly. Great group of guys, very helpful and professional, couldnt have asked for more. Thank you.

I recently bought a VW Polo from LIV Motors - (my Sons first car) after a few weeks it developed an engine problem. These guys fixed it under the warranty, that was included in the sale. Everyone knows buying an older second hand car can come with problems but the service I received was second to none. You can buy with confidence, knowing if anything does go wrong the problem will be fixed. I would not hesitate to recommend them, friendly service at a fair price.

I had a flat tyre recently and had to abandon my car around the corner from this garage. I was planning to arrange for a family member to help me as I don't have breakdown cover but I called in to see if they may be able to help. I found Ray to be so helpful, he sprang in to action and just a short time later I was all sorted. It was low cost, the communication was fantastic and Ray went over and above to get me back on the road. Recently purchased a Corsa - Limited Edition from Liv Motors as a first car for my partner. Liv were very open and honest about the vehicle and provided all required documentation/checks - to assure us. We identified some minor cosmetic work that was needed and Liv agreed to sort it all out for us (and did so pretty quickly) along with refreshing the MOT (another 12 months). Highly recommend Liv Motors, would definitely use them again!
