Great communication from start to finish, I've bought cars from dealerships all over the country in the past years and I can honestly say nothing has matched how the guys have been with me. It's been a real pleasure and I've got exactly the car I wanted for exactly my budget. I live in Stoke on Trent and I can see why customers will travel way more than I did to visit the dealership. I sincerely wish continued success to you both and the business. This is the car I've bought ... immaculate, full MB service history , low mileage, Rich sorted my private plate swap too so it was ready when I collected it. Just sold my Mercedes to them, without making a purchase of one of their cars. The transaction was simple, communications throughout excellent and no quibbling over anything. Just a really good experience based on trust. They also have a stock of beautifully presented used prestige vehicles, so if your looking for a new car, you should have a word with these guys. The quality of the costumer service is off the charts and they refused to give me the car witouth doing a valet on it first which I tought was really thoughtful, it was a rainy day so they even pulled the car in the garage under the lights to give people a much better effect of when having the first look to the purchase.

K. K.Drove up from London to check out the VW Scirocco I had seen on Newarth's page. Prior to this I had been communicating with Rich for a few days, during which he was extremely transparent and informative about the car. Providing me with any information I requested, also informing me of any information he currently did not possess (not to say he didn't have almost all information on the vehicle). Upon arriving, I was greeted with a warm welcome and almost immediately was given the key to the car and left to my own to assess the condition of the car by myself. Later Rich allowed me to take the car for a test drive, through various different roads to check the performance/handling of the car. Overall the condition of the car was near perfect and the drive itself was very smooth and comfortable. The spec of the car was also excellent, there is almost no need for any cosmetic upgrades. Rich is a great salesman with decades of experience and knowledge, he made it a point to show me all the information and history of the car to put my mind at ease, while speeding up the process so that I could drive away with the car on the same day. I have to admit, it was a very easy and enjoyable car-buying experience as I was able to purchase the vehicle and inspect it to my hearts contempt, driving back home in the same day.
I would strongly recommend buying a car from Newarth's, Rich is definitely the guy to see!

T. T.Me and my girlfriend went up to Newarth car sales yesterday to look at an 2012 Audi A1, Paul was extremely accomodating, natural, with refreshments (even offered to go to the shop over the road!)
Paul (the owner) was very quick and efficient and even ringing up Oliver at the finance company and pestering him all day 😂 and when Rach(my girlfriend) was sorting out her insurance, he sat there with us at the end and waited for us to be insured before he locked up!
(Pretty sure he had a wedding to go to aswel!)
*not to mention, he gave Rach £40 cash out of his wallet because the fuel gauge was on red!!*

Newarth cars set the standard for us and we cant recommend highly enough - a personal approach to great sales which is a benchmark to be followed. They aren't one of these supermarkets with 1000 cars but from our experience so far, we would never go back to one of those supermarket style places again as they prioritise who might make them more money and how much finance commission they can make out of you.

B. S.I recently purchased an E Class from here and couldn't be happier with the whole experience.
Right from the off, Rich was open and transparent, from the initial phone call right through to the hand over. There was no hard sell. On arrival to see the car, I was given the keys and time to look over it on my own, no typical car salesman looking over my shoulder pointing out good bits etc.
The attitude here is that the cars are quality cars and will effectively sell themselves. I wasn't even sure if I wanted a Merc when I turned up, I soon realised I did based on the car alone.
There was no upsell either to take out extras like gap insurance etc or to buy on finance, often car dealers will be quite pushy with these little extras due to the kick backs.
They may not (currently) have a glitzy showroom, but don't let that put you off, at the end of the day all that matters is that the cars are high quality and the service is second to none.
On collection day, everything that could do wrong did go wrong (not with the car or the dealer I hasten to add), Rich and Paul were extremely understanding and went the extra mile to ensure that I was able to get the car that day.

In the current situation with cv19 it put me off as I thought that I wouldn’t get to test drive and the same service as I would when all this as died down. As soon as we arrived in Manchester, one of the owners, Rich, offered to pick us up and take us to where the car was being kept. Rich knew that we was coming up on that day and made sure the was clean, fresh and dry as he kept it inside. The car looked immaculate and i was instantly ready to be behind the wheel. It looked better than advertised.
I test drove it by driving it to the new base of Newarth Cars because i had some paperwork that needed to be processed. In general the process was clean and smooth and what stood out is that fact that this company knows how to look after their customers. Rich never gave a moment where he was giving less than 100% to help push the documents through to eventually push the deal through.
Everything worked out and i was able to drive the car i bought back to London. Like to say a BIG thank you to Rich and his pals & workers. Its only the second time i've come up north to Manchester and buying from these i HIGHLY recommend.

E. R.After my first enquiry I saw two cars slip away from me, after getting my hopes up I continued to share my mums car all weekend thinking what could have been.. It was a cold miserable Wednesday morning, no luck searching for any more cars that lived upto the standard I had seen at Newarth, then, a phone-call of a number I hadn't had saved in my phone, it was Paul from Newarth Car Sales.. There was a 2 series just in, face lift model, 16k miles, new interface, beautiful air freshener included. Before he had finished describing the vehicle I had my card out ready to make the deposit, I wouldn't let this one get away from me... Not to look to Keane I asked for some videos, had to make him sweat a little. 3 seconds after receiving I was on the phone telling him I would take it. Deposit was paid and the excitement started. After a long Wednesday night of watching back the videos Paul had sent me over and over, I knew I had to get in to see him as soon as possible. Knowing he was busy, Thursday morning I sent him a text... after a suspenseful wait he replied, he could fit me in for 3PM. This was it, this was the moment I had been waiting for, it all become so real. Would the car look as good in person as it does in the pictures, will Pauls voice sound as angelic in person as it did on the phone? there was only one way to find out. Driving up the M62, all that was in my mind was the thought if this all goes to plan, I could be driving the car I had waited so long for home down this exact road. We pulled up at the garage, he was there in-front of me, showroom lights beaming down catching the light just perfectly, just as beautiful as I had imaged... the car looked great too! Paul greeted me with a big smile and a firm handshake, the car was amazing. I sat in her and knew, she was the one for me. All around 10/10 , even sat down with me to sort out my road tax and insurance, great guy, great garage great experience.

T.Smashing set of lads bit apprehensive at first buying a car for my son as went to a nearby supermarket and he was nearly forced into finance will all “add ons” which fortunately he ran past me. Newarth were totally different- bank of mum and dad (me) paid very reasonable price in well presented condition all paperwork in order and car already serviced with nearly 12 months ticket on it.
Little tip: we drove past a few times maybe because it was rush hour and dark so many be some flags or signs to spot it from the road??

They took time to make sure I was alright and being of retirement age I’m a little slower than most. It was more distance to travel that I would usually go but it was categorically the right choice. A. M. Y.Me and my partner travelled here from Nottingham for a Mini we had our eye on for a while. I initially made enquiries with a local dealer to me but was told I had to put a deposit down to test drive it and almost felt belittled on the phone. We then turned up to be told the car had gone even though it was still advertised and on their forecourt. My boyfriend suggested we travelled a little further afield and we contacted richie at Newarth cars. Immediately I felt so much better about the whole process. No mention of deposits or anything he kindly asked me to ring him when I was ready and he would hold the car for me (for free) until we managed to get there. The mini was a little higher priced than I was looking for but the mileage was less, it had Sat Nav and even though the price we agreed on was the advertised price he filled it up for us. I left with my new mini on the same day chuffed to bits. Ironically I got a phone call off the local dealership to me who snubbed me asking if i wanted to come and test drive their car whilst I was driving back to Nottingham. It felt so good to say I had bought another better one.

L. D.This is the best garage that I have ever bought a used car from, such a different experience compared to buying from a franchise or big independent. The guys are really helpful, explained things that I wasn't sure about and are not pushy in any way at all. All the cars they have for sale are quality vehicles.
I bought a Mini Cooper and was concerned about some marks on the alloys and the badges in the middle of the wheels. They refurbished the wheels and suggested a different colour from the standard silver (based on the fact that I said I liked things that were a little bit different i.e. they listen to what you say :) ) The alloys were powder coated in a light grey and look fantastic and my mini is now unique. They took the old badges off before the alloys were done and did not put them back on, they didn't want to have to take them off to put the new ones on and risk damaging the new powder coating. They obviously take great care with their cars. Anyway, we picked the car up without the badges and Rich came to our home to fit the badges on his day off (we don't live that far away). We were out at the time and just came back to find the job had been done. It was like the Mini Fairy had visited!
Rich even came to pick us up when we went to collect the car because I wasn't confident enough to drive the car back on the motorway, my partner drove it back for me.
We would definitely go back here for another car, you are spoilt for choice if looking for quality at a good price. The service is excellent and the guys are great.
Only snag was that at 5' 2", I was only just tall enough to use the credit card machine!!

Last week I hit a kerb and thought nothing of it until a day or so later I had big problems. I heard a bang then smoke coming from under the car. I panicked and rang Rich who calmed me down and reassured me he'd help. He arranged for revovery and at cost price and diagnose what was up. I'd snapped the suspension spring and the tyre was rubbing causing the smoking! Paul sorted everything with the garage and got me trade price saving me hundreds on the suspension replacement, 2x tyres and even returned the car fully valeted! I can't thank Paul and Rich enough for looking after me well beyond the sale. I'll definitely be back for my next car in a year or so. Thanks guys xx
