Honestly the best experience I've had with any garage. Everything about them screams "professional".
So, earlier this year I purchased a 2012 Citroen DS3 from a used-car dealership, and shortly after buying it, the EML came on. I took the car to a local garage who identified it had a turbo fault but wouldn't tell me much more and guaranteed they would be able to fix it. After taking it to them multiple times, and spending nigh on £1200 (new exhaust system, new oil pan something, multiple diagnostics, new coil packs, overheating due to their shoddy work etc) they still hadn't got rid of the fault.
I decided to take it to an official Citroen dealership (Robins and Day) and luckily they weren't too far from where I live. From the first moment I stepped in the building, I knew I'd made the right choice. Being greeted as 'Mr. Last Name', being kept up to date via phone on what work they plan to do and giving me a price before doing it, being given a courtesy car while they worked on mine, and now having a car that runs better than it ever has, I honestly can't fault the company on their service from start to finish. Part of me is actually convinced they carried out a service on the car too as a complimentary gift as the car is running like never before! No engine light, turbo issue fixed, and to top it off they cleaned/valeted the car too. Happiest I've ever been in a car.
I initially had doubts over whether to take it to an official dealership as I've heard they're more expensive, which is why I took it to my local garage first. After multiple months and fruitless visits to cowboy garages only to be left -£1200 with the same issues; then taking it to Robins and Day and experiencing what great service feels like, I won't ever deal with any other garage but them, in the unlikely case that any other issues arise with my car.
Can't recommend them enough. Better to take your car to a dealership that specialise in your make/model of vehicle than cowboys who say they can fix your issue then milk you for every penny they can without doing so.
Longest review I've written, but this company deserve all the praise I can give. Honestly been a pleasure dealing with them.

Ashleigh was our sales person and she made buying our new car a lovely experience. Citroen put customer service at the forefront of their operation. We had to wait for the car to be built from scratch so it took a couple of months to arrive. Robins & Day Citroen Manchester ordered a Citroen C3 Air Cross 2020 an excellent car. The person I talked to was Curtis he made a video for the car talking about the features and showing the car off. We sorted the paper work which in Lockdown can be difficult. The car was delivered from Manchester to my home and they picked up my old car as part ex change which I got at a good price. The service is excellent and they do care, ring them about any concerns you have and they deal with them.
Overall cannot praise them enough have my car all paper sorted log book arrived within 2 days as well when car was delivered which was last Thursday 4/3/21.

Curtis at Robins and Day made the whole process of buying during lock down simple and safe. Dealing with him was a pleasure. He kept me updated throughout the whole process, sorted almost all of the paperwork over email and final signatures were completed safely on an ipad in the showroom.

From the moment I walked into robins and day Manchester the service was fantastic, I had the recommendation to go here by a friend so I thought why not (she also benefited with a £50 voucher from them) ! There was a guy at Peugeot who first helped me out.... he then directed me to the lovely Paul at Citroen now the service from Paul was outstanding from start to finish he was so professional and friendly and a absolute credit to the company. Couldn’t find a c5 aircross in platinum grey in the London area but luckily Robins and Day Manchester had a pre registered one with 5miles on the clock .
Just picked it up and driven 250 miles home and I’m so pleased with my purchase .
From paying a deposit last Sunday to picking it up today I couldn’t have had a smoother transaction, very polite and very honest , no hidden extras. Car was well presented and excellent hand over .

Very pleased to say there was no over the top cheesy sales ....classic sales one liners ....price games or anything that makes you run for the door. Went in ...saw the car...drove the car .....agreed a decent and fair part exchange price ....paid .....drove away. Simple. Straight to the point ....no bull.

Special thanks to Connor E. from the Motability team. He gave us a test drive of a DS3 E-Tense (electric), Ultra Prestige model, on Thursday 19th March 2020. The very next day he managed to locate our new car from existing stock, and we placed the order.
We then waited until the dealership was allowed to reopen, and on Friday 12th June we attended our handover - all the more joyful after the months of waiting.
We were very pleased with Connor’s honest descriptions, with his detailed knowledge, and with his ability to work fast when it was essential - seizing the present moment, since the future was misty.

had two citroen c3 cars from this dealership , found sales man Dan the best I have ever had to deal with , First c3 had was the hdi and was a great car but not a lot of room in the back seats , traded in with the same dealer for a c3 hdi Picasso , had everything I needed in a car , After about 5 weeks had problems and it had to go in under warraity for a new power steering motor ? ,citroen Manchester do not keep this in stock so without the car for looks like another 2 days , that is three days pay I have lost as need car to get to work and no replacement available , Not a happy citroen owner ? Have now got my c3 Picasso back and must admit the service dept did me proud ,new power steering module and harness ,plus full valet all under the warranty . All the sales and service people most helpful and go out of there way to sort out any problem

Fantastic experience from Connor at the DS Store in Manchester. I went in looking for a DS3 and he immediately approached me with a very welcoming tone and made me felt at ease, offering me a warm drink as it was cold outside; this was a big thing for myself as I had have bad experience prior to this with other dealerships. He firstly gave me a tour of the car inside and out showing me all the features which appealed to myself personally then offered me a test drive which no other dealership did which made me feel special and gave me a feel of the car. Even though I did not buy the car as I had a few more payments left on my current car I felt as though connor went beyond to make me feel very appreciated. Overall such a fantastic experience and I will be returning in the next couple of months to purchase a new vehicle from himself.

We were in the area and thought we would have a look around as there isn't a DS showroom in Blackpool. Thoroughly loved this place. The atmosphere and customer service is second to none. Quite possibly the friendliest dealership around. Coffees on arrival, too. The DS models are a must to be viewed in person to be appreciated.
