Excellent service, professional courteous and personal. Larisa, the staff member dealing with our transaction was outstanding, always keeping us fully informed without being solely focused on the sale. She allowed us to examine and compare all available stock of the model and specification requested by us and allowed us to make our own decision leading us feeling both respected and not pressured to choose a particular vehicle. In fact Larisa did not want us to make decisions prior to taking us for a test drive, ensuring we were happy with the ride and drive quality of the vehicle. Our interactions with other members of branch staff including the manager, service manager and relatively young trainee, left us equally impressed with their professional, friendly and courteous approach. The overall experience was top class, got notification on 27 October when car was in dealership and everything went smoothly. picked the car up on 31 October which was the date stated when ordering it. Just one minor problem with the fitted dash cam, which turned out to be a fault wire, and this was sorted out with 1 to 2 hours.

Service seemed to be ok but on looking at the car the next day in the garage I noticed scratches on the bonnet as if someone who cleaned the car had used a contaminated cleaning cloth. I have reported this to RRG who have asked me to return the car & they will buff out the scratches. I am not very happy to say the least as the 17 years I have had it serviced at RRG I have had no complaints until now

My recent experience of RRG Denton was hugely positive despite the attempted intervention of a corona virus inspired lock down. Having been alerted to what seemed (and proved) to be the right vehicle at an attractive price by Carwow I was surprised at just how quickly RGG responded. This, I learned, is very characteristic of them. I was soon able to access a personalised video of the vehicle. It did not just acknowledge me by name, but also addressed the questions that I had thought to ask. So far as I can tell I was offered (some negotiation) a fair price for my trade in. The availability of the Toyota Drive Home insurance was very useful, owing to the inflexibility of Quote me Happy - who seem to want to run insurance on a midnight to midnight basis, despite that few legal vehicle handovers occur at that time. The hand over went smoothly enough, my biggest problem being to reach my own bank by phone. The really nice touch for me was that salesman Duncan had noted that I had a fifty mile drive home and had taken the car to the local Sainsbury to make sure that I had enough petrol to make it back. Of course, it also helps that the car has so far been every bit as good as I had hoped.

I have purchased my last two cars here and have to say, it's my favourite garage ever. They go out their way to make sure you're looked after and get the car you want at their best possible price. Elliot is superb and I highly recommend you ask for him if you see anything you want to test drive. Very happy with the aftercare too. Theyre only ever a phone call away! Edit: whilst Elliot still is fab, I can't say the same for servicing staff. The last two times I've been in contact I've ran into rude and shirty staff who I think assume that you're a neurotic woman who doesn't know cars. This will be the last time I use this dealership. Not because of sales, but because of the disgusting attitude of after sales. The woman who contacted me to have my aygo serviced was less than friendly when I told her it had already been done elsewhere with official parts at half the price. A simple "ok as long as you're keeping up with your service history" would have done, instead I had to put the phone down when she started to give me a lecture over why I should have spent an extra £200!

I chose the Denton showroom because of all the fabulous reviews here on Google. Lots of coffee offered! At no point did I feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. Jacob managed to get me a great deal with regards to the part ex on my current car. He gave me lots of information about driving a hybrid (I've never even had an automatic so it will take some getting used to!) and thoroughly explained all the options available to me. I would definitely recommend RRG Toyota Denton to anyone considering a Toyota. My only criticism is one of Toyota themselves not RRG.... I wanted the lovely teal colour for my Yaris but it's been discontinued! How dare they 😀

I found a car online that I wanted to test drive so got in touch and spoke with Rob Parry to organise it. Due to the fact that I don't have a car at the moment I asked if it was possible to get a pick up and drop off before and after - this wasn't a problem. While on the drive over Rob explained a lot of information, especially about PCP and made a lot of things clear that I had previously misunderstood. Throughout the test drive and then when I was going through all the paperwork etc. everything was made very clear about what was happening, all my questions were answered as they arose and all my options were covered. I really like RRG Denton and their sales staff. 2 years ago they matched exactly what I wanted in terms of finance and car. Today Jacob has done it again for me. Still the only dealership which serves coffee in a proper cup - none of this squishy plastic or paper tyre for RRG. Is is will be my 3rd Yaris in a row - that in itself speaks volumes for the car itself. This last time I’ve also had a service plan because of driving a Hybrid but it’s been worth it with service records kept digitally.
