s.I’d just like to put on record my appreciation for the help they gave me today. I rang them this morning to book in my truck as it had developed a bad water leak and thermostat wasn’t working correctly. Spoke to the young lady on the service dept who advised me they could do it but didn’t know when they’d be able to,I turned up at 2pm and my truck was straight in with no drama and no fuss and 3hrs later she was back out on the road.
I was very impressed with the service I received from Darren and the rest of the service team,nothing was too much trouble and out of the 3 Scania dealers I rang this morning,they were the only ones able to help me at such short notice.
