My husband bought me a new car from this garage this week, the car is fabulous as range rovers are but what made my experience better was the service from a lovely lady called Angela Gillespie. She was very helpful, and answered all my query’s and phone calls very professionally and promptly. And even the after support I’ve received since driving away has been spot on. Which I am so happy the service didn’t end once the sale was complete. Can honestly recommend her as a lady to hook up with if looking to purchase a new car. She’s so honest, professional and lovely to talk to.

Just purchased a landrover discovery for 55k best experience ever from a dealership all 5 stats go to Philip quinn for his attentiveness and making the whole experience enjoyable. Purchased a new car through Williams Landrover today.
I was dealt with personally from the outset by Joshua Racz whom was relatively new to the company back in February 2022.
Despite all the challenges we know the motor and many other industries are facing caused by the exceptional global dynamics I found the customer service provided by Josh to be exceptional - always polite, friendly and not shy to deliver bad news around delayed production, just honesty in a timely manner.
I have many years in sales, albeit in a different industry but I am sure Josh will do very well in his new career if he provides the same level of care and attention to other customers.
He is a real asset to the business!

I dealt with Paul Greenhough in the sales team whilst looking for a new Defender 90. Paul managed to find the perfect vehicle for almost immediate delivery, considering that the waiting list is 12 months, this was amazing!
The whole process was personalised and I felt valued as a customer. Whilst I was buying remotely, nothing was to much trouble. The reply to emails and requests for videos was always done within an hour or so.
I can fully recommend Paul in the sales team.

Had the misfortune of a vehicle breakdown just off the M60, Land Rover Assist were with me within 30 minutes and I was recovered to Williams LR. I was provided a loan vehicle, complete with tow pack, to enable me to continue my journey with the trailer I was towing. The service I received was simply impeccable and I was kept well informed on progress by Connor. Repair was carried out swiftly and the vehicle was returned to me fully valeted. Shame there isn't an option to give a higher than 5 Star rating!

I ordered some wheel nuts for a 2002 L322 I recently purchased as my first Range Rover. They had them in stock the next day for collection. Great service, lovely show room and great staff on the parts team. Also to mention the nuts were actually cheaper than any where else, which was a nice surprise. Definitely recommended to New and Old owners of Range Rovers alike.

So far so good!!! I read the reviews on here before calling, and was slightly apprehensive as they didn't read that well. Maybe the people writing these reviews must have gone to the wrong garage as I have not had one negative experience !! I can not stress enough how helpful and thorough everyone at Williams has been! I am currently on my fourth Range Rover Vogue from Williams and i have always been very happy with the service i have received from them.
I have dealt with Adrian for the purchase of my vehicle and the exceptional manner in which i have been treated is second to none.
Then Chris on service is also superb with me and i get so well looked after by him.
These two guys in particular, are the reason i keep going back.
The coffee and pastries also help !!!.
As long as i keep getting this kind of service i will be going back there and recommending them to my friends.

A slightly delayed Review of Williams Land Rover having purchased my approved used Range Rover in May 2019. From my first dealings with Gavin (same surname but no relation) to the after-sales service, he was so helpful and knowledgeable, keeping me informed at all times on the progress of my purchase. He put in the extra effort and arranged for small details (such as presenting my new car keys boxed for me to unwrap) which truly made me feel like a valued customer. Gavin far exceeded my expectations and the service I've received within this sector previously. I would recommend Gavin Young and Williams Manchester to anybody looking to buy and approved used RR and will be in touch with him when i'm ready to upgrade (but for now i'm enjoying my car too much).

Pretty disappointed in my local LR dealership. Too complacent with the brand! Thought I’d try their nearest competitor, Williams in Manchester. Saved £400 on exactly the same job on my RR. And they booked me in within a week. Stockport couldn’t do until Jan!!

They say speak as you find ... Well this is the best Land Rover garage I have used to buy a second car and I live in Norwich . Glad I made the effort to travel all the way up to Manchester to purchase my second evoque . From the emails to the videos that Ross had sent me and a very good trade in price made it all worth while . Arrived in the morning and Ross met me and there was coffee on tap and friendly staff which all goes a long way with me . Norwich branch take your money and want more and more and after sale service very bad . The car was waiting outside the main door looking in spotless inside and out . . Done all the paper work in which Ross was very helpful indeed ( no rush ) . Ross handed the car over after giving me a tour of all inside and out and set everything up and even set my phone up . And also a nice full tank of fuel . umbrella in the boot . I know these are all little things but never experienced this before . Ross rang up the next day to see if everything was OK . Which it was . All I can say is great service. Great people . Well done Ross . The car is awesome thanks

I came here specifically to have a look at an Evoque I'd seen on their website. I was greeted by Gary who is one of the sales guys. I was given the keys to the car and told to go and have a good look around it. There were no pressure from him what so ever. Eventually i decided to take it out for a test drive and afterwards I said I would go home and have a think about it.
The next day I rang to put a deposit on the car but had to speak to another sales guy who didn't introduce himself or nothing. All i heard was "Hello Mr (me) you want to put a deposit on a car?". "Yes i do but sorry who are you?" I had too ask who who he was. Talk about Mr Personality.
When I eventually picked the car up, Gary had sorted all the paperwork out ready for when i got there. He did the hand over and walked me round the car and showed me absolutely everything, even paired my phone up to the cars Bluetooth. He really is a pleasant guy to deal with.
Whilst I've had the car, it has been back to the dealership twice due to problems which have been fixed under warranty. They did however lend me a courtesy car but you do have to ask for one when you book your car in.
The only issue I have with this company is communications, it doesn't exist! When you ring them, you go through to their switchboard and you speak to one of the miserable receptionists on the other end.
If you have to leave a message for someone to call you back, don't expect them to ring you back because they won't. If you decide to send the person an email, again don't expect a reply, you'll have a long wait.
Other than that, it is a nice place. Very well presented, lots of cars to choose from. There's Tea/coffee, cold drinks and snacks to choose from whilst your waiting in the waiting area.
