I recently sold my Audi Q3 and got a really good price for it. Charley dealt with the sale and was really helpful. They cleared the finance for me too and I had positive equity so the funds were processed very efficiently too within 3 days. The paperwork was very easy and quick. Just sold my Daughter in law’s Q3 with Arnold Clark MK. From finding them via a Google search to the sale only took a few days and was far easier than I had expected. Using their online tool I described the cars condition and got an instant valuation that we were happy with. Booked the appointment and Nikki made it very painless when we arrived. After a quick check she agreed with my description and a couple of quick bits of paperwork later it was all done. Even better the payment arrived overnight even though they say it could take 3 days. Would highly recommended them and their service.

Roche was the guy who dealt with me, he was very knowledgeable and friendly and unlike other dealers he didn't try and knock the price down because of tiny imperfections. So I was selling my car today to these guys "Quaid" was professional and friendly and made the transaction a painless process. There were a few issues and discrepancies after I had left that I was asked to return to the branch to clear up. I then dealt with Charley, although the issue wasn't her fault she went above and beyond to sort it out . Very happy with the service and will still use them as I always have done in the past.

Booked online and was called within half an hour to get details and talk through the process. Really useful as I've never rented a van before. When I visited to collect the following day it was super easy and quick as they took most of my details over the phone the previous day. Just presented bank statement, drivers licence and debit card and had the keys in my hand within 5 mins. She showed me around the van and explained insurance and provided me with details of the free roadside service. The van was very new, clean and a pleasure to drive. Unfortunately, one of the outside trim panels which geld the side indicator fell off when closing the door. When I returned the van it was inpected and they confirmed it looked like this had happened before as there was evidence of someone trying to fix it. I wasn't charged more and we had a laugh about the attempted botch job. Would highly recommend. Fair price for a great service and vehicle.

I received an online valuation (the best I'd had) I arrived and the whole process was so easy, also the gentleman dealing with my car didn't try and knock a penny off. Very happy

Had the pleasure of dealing with Hollie on my recent visit to sell my VW Golf. Hollie was polite, friendly and professional. Arnold Clark and Hollie are realistic when looking over the cars, I mentioned a larger stone chip I had found when cleaning the car, it wasn’t a issue considering the car was just under 3 years old ( good bit of common sense the other outfits don’t apply). Even when coming down to me being unprepared and not having a settlement letter, Hollie was able to advise and guide me through VWFS website to obtain it. The other staff in the branch where also friendly, while Hollie was off dealing with someone paper work, I wasn’t left twiddling my thumbs and ended up having a nice conversation with the other members of the team. The whole process was made easy, I was in and out within a hour and received the price I was quoted, the only deduction was £20 for a extra 200 miles than I had specified. Be honest about your cars condition and these guys will make the selling process painless. Highly recommended on all aspects.

Those lads at Milton Keynes don't have the easiest time. If the sales men were more honest it would make their job a lot easier. Our car wasn't taxed when it was sent down from Scotland so we couldn't test drive it let alone take it that day if we had of decided to have it. We were told it had a couple of light scratches which would buff out by Ali the salesman. It actually had a few scratches that were never going to buff out and a crack in the bumper!! Great service from Callum at the delivery center in Milton Keynes. I purchased a Mazda 3 car from Newcastle Seat Benton. The car was sent within a week which was great. But was a bit upset when I received it as it had with some scratches on the car and dent in the front of the car. Was impressed with Callum as he noticed and emailed the branch straightaway. This helped me to get some money towards the repairs myself locally in London. Finally I thank Gareth @ Newcastle for finally resolving the matter. All is well that ends well.

Fantastic experience when i picked up my new car at Arnold Clark Milton Keynes. Mr. Zanne made all the process easy and smooth from the beginning till end. First he waited for me over his work schedule as I lost a train and I arrived almost an hour late. He presented me the car and even set up the connection with my mobile phone .
