The guys communicated with us well, were very accommodating with our idea, and had a good range of cars to choose from when we arrived. The Ford Fiesta we bought was excellent, and ran trouble-free for the whole time we were in the UK.
The guys gave us a good buy-back deal, in cash, which was really important as we did not have a UK bank account.
