I came with the kids and brought my first company van to transport dogs in and the guys that own the place were fantastic!!! Really took their time to help me and even entertained the kids whilst we do a test drive, then they delivered the van to my house a few days later. Really nice couple and would recommend this company to anyone

I have used this garage twice now. Once for trading in our old car for a replacement, and then for returning the replacement as I thought it had developed a fault covered by the warranty. Don't let the fact that a car they had sold us developed a fault dissuade you from using them, it was a wear and tear issue which was in no way their fault. Even though Adam identified he was not responsible for repairing the issue under the warranty (electrical issue, not engine block), he still took the time to investigate the issue to such a degree which I have paid garages in excess of £90 to experience, for no charge. when he identified the problem and took the time to explain it to me, he offered to get the replacement part from his supplier but when their price was too high, he advised us where we could find a cheaper part, even offering to check a local scrap yard himself. The prices of their vehicles are great for those on a budget and I can't fault their honesty and customer service. Having had some bad experiences with other motor traders in the past, dealing with Bucks Cars was a breath of fresh air. Thanks Adam.

Last week, my car was broken down, as i was not member of any recovery company like AA, green flag,etc . i got stuck in the middle of the road near Ridgmont near the pub called The white Horse, i called Bucks cars, and he straight away called me back, and came to my rescue, and brought the car to his very clean and safe garage, he has offered me tea and a cake, checked my car with a latest machine tried to find the fault, and ordered the necessary parts, but done whatever he can to repair the car nearly spend 4 hours to repair it, as it was getting dark he gave me a lift home as well 20 min away from the garage, done the final checks with my car made sure everything safe and properly running second day i picked up my car , thank you for being honest and kind, i definitly recommend this garage, i wish every garage was like Bucks Cars Ltd. THANK YOU VERY MUCH
