We purchased a Suzuki Swift few weeks ago for my partner. We went there took the car out for a test drive without any problem. We had unlimited time to check every detail on it without standing over us. We noticed the brake disks and pads will need to be change at some point as it was included in the mot advisory. We got 100£ discount. The info said the car had a recent service. It was no lie the oil was light brown and the airfilter was clean as new. We received our V5 in time. The car runs nice, no issues with it. 👍

Very Pleased: I purchased a BMW Touring just over 6 months ago, no pressure sales and the dealer was more than happy for me to look over the car at my leisure. There were a few small issues that needed rectifying and we managed to agree on a fair price. I would certainly buy a car from them again. It's worth doing some homework on the car make and model you are buying so you know what to look for when viewing. Just a quick update: A year and a half later and the car is still running very well with no issues. Thanks for your help.

Bought a car and part exchanged my old car with Fairways, they gave me a great price on both my new car and the old one I part exchanged. After purchase I realised the jack was missing from the new car, I told them, they responded promptly and purchased a new one to be delivered to me. I echo what Daren said in his review. Whole experience was much better than when I spent a lot more on my last 2 cars at bigger dealers. I travelled some distance to see a car and was left alone to have a good look around with no pressure and allowed to take it on a test drive. When I said I was interested in purchasing, again there was no pressure to take it there and then which along with the condition of the car was enough to sway me into buying it the next day. Now had it delivered at a reasonable cost and am very happy so far. If you are after a car that represents good value then this is a great place to start looking.

I purchased a VW Passat six months ago, very honest on phone and car did not disappoint. No pressure sales. After 3 days of driving the cars engine management light came on and stayed on I called garage to report this as they were happy for me to take car to my local mechanic for diagnostics (I live 50 miles away). Diagnosis done and sent to fairways and they authorised me to get work done (remove and clean inlet manifold I also got fuel filter changed at same time ). I was refunded cost of diagnosis and inlet manifold removal and clean with no quibble within 1 day by fairways. I will come back to this garage in future to buy again for my family and I was impressed with their politeness and professionalism, thank you you are a credit to your profession.

Excellent service and sociable staff. The salesman knew the car well and was able to provide all information I needed. When I arrived I was given keys to inspect the car on my own, which was nice as they gave me space to look it over without being pressured. The car was exactly as advertised. The price was appropriate for the age and condition. Great example of a proper dealership. Exemplary service, nothing dodgy at all, well kept vehicles, tidy yard and showroom. Very good service,everything was explained to me on my visit the, was ready on arrival and after text drive I had the opportunity to ask all the questions and the response was very professional I bought my Toyota yaris from Fairway cars. On arrival the manager was waiting and the car was ready for viewing.He showed and explained everything I wanted to know about the car.We went for a test drive and was happy.With Covid 19 there was good social distancing and was happy . I just purchased a car from this place. We were in viewing in another garage when I spotted this shop online. With a phone call we just payed a visit with no previous review check as with no expectation. Bought a 2003 VW Golf as a first car for my son. It was in good condition and had just been MOT’d so knew it was safe to drive and It came with a full service history. The price was also good. The staff were great and did not pressure us at all. We were able to spend time looking at the car. On the way home with the car it became apparent when driving at motorway speed that there was a problem with a wheel bearing. I contacted Fairways and they said to get it fixed and they would make a goodwill payment which they did very promptly. Very impressed with this company and would certainly use again.

Hard to believe!!! By Eric F | 1 Jul 2020 I have recently bought a car from Fairways Cars. From the initial viewing I was getting all the attention you could ask for - test driving number of cars (including driving to my home nearby to show few cars to my wife), flexible payment options etc. Guys very so helpful - we agreed collection dates, new MOT, car preparation, extended service.... To top that up - I have discovered small mechanical fault with the car the next day after it was delivered to my property - I have received full payment that covered all the repair cost ! No hard sale - I was left on my own to wonder around the yard and I was given as many keys (to view as many cars) as I liked - no annoying faces or unhappy people around . Can anyone ask for more ??? Thank YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!! Eric

I bought a Vauxhall Corsa Design 2015 from Fairways Cars Milton Keynes on 15 September 2019. On 4 October 2019 the engine light appeared but self resolved within 24 hours and after a call to the RAC. On 1 November 2019 the engine light reappeared and this time the car would not start. The RAC were called out and they advised the diagnostic codes suggested it needed manufacturer checks. The vehicle needed to be towed to Vauxhall where it has remained since. I have called Fairways twice and have also emailed to resolve the situation but have not received a reply. I have no courtesy car or the car that I paid for. Really disappointed considering I chose Fairways based on good reviews. I really hope this situation is resolved properly and soon! Update. Following several further no start up, a very skilled RAC mechanic finally resolved the problem... Dirty sensors. So, now I can drive without any problems at all and can say I am finally happy with the car. Although I was not happy with the response of Fairways, I think it is only fair to update the review with the problem now found and resolved. I have increased the rating to 4 stars... It would've been 5 if Fairways had been more appropriately responsive at the time.
