These guys are absolutely amazing! My breaks had been making a funny sound which really concerned me and I work 45 minutes from where I home, I spoke to a colleague who recommended Formula One. I called them and the gentleman told me they were very busy and low on manpower however he told me to drop by after work and they would have a quick look for my peace of mind. Murray checked my tyres which I believed would be the extent of the look however he then continued to test drive my car, check under the bonnet, lift the car up and take both my tyres off. After a thorough check he was able to advise me on the issue. Murray was friendly, professional and really was my saviour. I am so grateful for Murray and Team and highly recommend.

We've used these guys in Bletchley for our MOT 2 years in a row and they've always been quick and efficient. We also used them to get our breakpads and tyres done. Murray was the name of the chap we had both times and he really was thorough and professional. We're really please with the service and customer care. Had a new tyre supplied and fitted by these Guys, I drove home and it went down straight away. Returned to the garage and they believed they fixed it but it was still leaking, they were not sure if they could help seal it 100% as the alloy had a couple of welds which sat proud and that’s where it was probably leaking from. A guy called Murray who worked there was determined to sort it and had the tyre on and off and checked for leaks on it multiple times and showed me at every single step until it was 100% spot on. Superb experience I had today at Murray Keynes and would like to call out Leo and Murray specifically. I had attended site to get a puncture repair after a service at Audi where they told me I needed to replace a tyre to the value of £242. I took my car to Milton Keynes F1 Auto Centre to repair upon which Leo and Murray helped me out and actually identifed that there was no need, they removed the the metal shard and informed me that they checked the tyre and there was no air leaking. I thanked them and asked what I needed to pay and they informed me that there was no charge. They said they couldn't charge for work that was not undertaken and that this was their standard customer service. I know anywhere else they would have charged me for her check or even fabricate that the work was done or even charge for a new tyre. Great service from there guys!!

After realising this morning 1st June that i had a puncture, i was looked after by Murray who had a look at my tyre, after realising it wasnt repairable he quickly had a look for a new one, he was very friendly and helpful and he got the job done in amazing time and with a toddler that helped a lot! I have found that the machanics at Formula One over the passed 10 years or so have always been very professional, friendly and ready to offer advice when asked for. I have just put my car in for it's MOT, it failed but everything was explained to me including the expected cost very clearly. Two of the machanics, Stuart and Murry carried out the work in a very timely manner. They even showed me when asked where the worn out parts were and explained what they were doing. I can't recommend Formular One more highly. I will continue to use their servises as I know I will recieve a professional job at a very resonable price. Thank you guys for the speedy service.

I was looking to order tyres but was given inaccurate information online so emailed Customer Service who responded very quickly to my complaint, by phone. Julie gave me the correct information about the offer. I ordered 4 Michelin cross climate tyres and the service at the Bletchley branch for fitting was excellent, from booking in to collection, all done with Covid safety. The free winter check was a bonus which brought a couple of items to the fore, so I can get them sorted in due course.

I went to Halfords in Bletchley to buy and fit a new reverse light bulb. After many attempts, I was told by the fitter that they couldn't get to the bulbs so I was given the bulbs and refunded the fitting charge. The following day whilst driving past Formular 1, I went in to ask for help to fit the bulb. There, I met a chap called Murray who was very professional and helpful. Murray helped me remove the casing to get to the bulb and then pointed out that Halford had sold me the wrong ones :-) Halfords mistakenly sold me brake light bulbs instead of the reverse light bulbs I ordered. Having now found the way to fit the reverse light bulbs, I went back to Halfords to get the right bulbs fitted. Murray didn't have to help me, but he went out of his way to be kind.

As a small business owner myself I know the importance of customer service and this is no more important when things go wrong. In my case I ordered 2 new tyres online, turned up at the correct time and had them fitted. Later on I noticed that the car was shaking at motorway speeds (wheel balance wasn't right) so rang them up and they fitted me back in as I could make it and they rectified the situation. Simple. I recently had my MOT test carried out on my Audi A5 at Formula One Autocenter in Bletchley, I highly recommend this place. Imran carried out the test on my car and was really professional and polite to me in detailing the process that will be carried out along and was honest, something I wouldn't get had I taken my car to a main dealer. He said It was no trouble he’s sort it Amazing service :the story so far : I had had a new Tyre fitting and subsequent tyre fixing due to a puncture I picked up (a 6 inch screw driver less the handle !!! all the way into the tyre ) this had punctured the the tyre only a few days after having a new tyre from F1 Bletchley, Murray said if we can ? we’ll fix it and said as the tyre was from them only the previous week there was no charge. Tyre repaired . Well I’ve had 3 tyres from F1 and after this I will always go to them and I can’t recommend highly enough . In the past week a had two MOT’s done for two different cars at Formula One and each time there were different mechanics and a different person at reception. I’ve read some reviews about people complaining about the service and the staff but I honestly say that the service was good, it wasn’t too expensive and the staff was friendly, furthermore they said the MOT will take about 45min which is exactly what happened. After using this garage for the past few years. We can say we were a little disappointed with their attitude yesterday. My husband took my car to have two front tyres fitted which I had purchased through you website and arranged the online booking. When my husband arrived he was told “oh we’ve had three tyre fitters leave and might not be able to do them today”. Not very reassuring and not really professional. This not the usual manager we know. He then went and spoke to the service department who agreed to fit the tyres. After spending £230 on two tyres this was not the Customer service we had become used to and a little taken aback by the manager.

I got a deal on my wife car for an MOT, when I dropped the car off I had a friendly welcome and I was able to wait for the car, despite the team at formula one having been very understaffed, they quickly did the MOT. Unfortunately the car fail on read lights, however I took the car home, changed a fuse and all was good. I was able to take the car back that same day and they did a retest. Generally quite helpful. I was there for an MOT and had to come back for a retest first thing Saturday. The chap I and another customer spoke to was obviously not a morning person as he was quite abrupt. Very happy with being able to order & book my new tyres in online. The service at the centre was good, only disappointment was when the young man came & told me I needed new brake pads & discs as they had bumps all over them, I told him no they didn’t! I knew they didn’t because I had a mechanic friend look as them 2 weeks previously AND the car had its 2nd service at a dealership 2 hours before I had the new tyres fitted. Had I not known they didn’t need changing and I only know the basics of cars I probably would have parted with a lot more money than I need too, which makes me question how many others have they done this to????

Best garage I have used in Milton Keynes. Kash on the service desk was very helpful and informative, he was very honest and at no point did I ever feel that they were out to rip me off like some garages in Bletchley have tried to do previously. I dropped the car off at 8.30 for a service, brake replacement and two new tyres and went off to work. Got a call a few hours later to let me know what work needed doing, they broke down all of the pricing for each individual item and gave me an idea of how long it would take. I gave them the instruction to complete the work and call me when it was done. I received a call before I expected to let me know my car was ready. I went along to pick it up and couldn't fault the service at all. All staff I encountered were incredibly friendly and professional. All prices were very competitive (and options were given for all parts). The work was completed in very good time and the car was in the same condition as it was left, only it ran a lot better and safer! Really cannot recommend the garage enough, exceeded all expectations I had. Will definitely go back for all future work.

Use this place on regularly for MOT and tyre change. Unlike most places they do a great job and I have never had any issues. They do have the best deals for tyres and I would highly recommend them. Ordered and Booked for Tyre fitting online, got done within half an hour, great. Only thing is that the website offered a free wheel alignment at the time of ordering the tyre (of course a fee to fix if there are issues) but the front desk staff at Bletchley store on 26/Jun deleted this part from the booking in front of me. No explanation, nothing. Bit disappointing. I would have paid if any issues were found during the wheel alignment check, just for my own peace of mind but no option.

As a female who doesn't know a whole lot about cars, I always went to this company when ever my car needed something doing as they always treated me well and spoke to me respectfully. I liked and trusting them and even recommended them to others. But last year I called them to arrange a major service and I was spoken to appallingly by a member of staff, he made me feel stupid, he was abrupt and rude and spoke over me. His tone was demeaning and he generally was unpleasant. So I took my business else where but recently I was told that there was some staff changes so I had my husband come with me this time. I am back to using the company, Although I am hesitant to do so. A lovely member of staff reinsures me that the problem member of staff has now left and works at another garage, of which I will be sure never to use. Now, they seem to be ok. My experience was positive although my husband handled it all.

Booked Tyre fitting appointment online which ended up being cancelled by the branch. Was told about an hour before the appointment that tyre machine at Milton Keynes branch was broken. However, I was able to pick up the tyres and have them fitted at Newport Pagnell instead. Staff at Newport Pagnell branch were brilliant and sorted out the fitting without any fuss even though the tyres were bought at a different branch. Would have given 5 stars if not for the original disappointment of having an appointment cancelled and also having to clean tyres marks off my cream leather seats as all 4 tyres I bought could not fit in the boot.

Failed my car's MOT on "Front Brake disc worn, pitted or scored" I had new Brake disks, Pads and calipers maybe 2 months ago. Impossible to wear that significant in that period. Clearly lying to get money out of me. And apparently something wrong with my Tyres, also had 2 brand new ones (From them). And the others have significant tread. Not Happy, I would like at least the brake disk 'Fault' to be struck off the list of defects as this is a complete lie! Didn't even actually bother to contact me about it - I was checking the online status on gov website, which is how i found out. Went back and said it only needs tyres. Having to pay £130 for this, still suspect that had I taken it to another garage it would have passed fine! As been checked over previously. Will update with outcome of tyres fitment.

First thing is that I’ve got the best price for the Michelin’s I was looking for (£13 less than Costco per tyre fitted). Secondly there was a misunderstanding (their supplier has sent wrong Michelin model to F1). When I’ve checked and raised this, F1 have acknowledged it without any questions asked, let me drive away with the new ones (especially when my old ones were very near to legal limit). They have sorted the issue with their supplier, got my new tyres within couple of days and fitted them on my car. I went to the Bletchley branch of f1 to get two tyres put on when got there I asked the supervisor/manager if they could put the rear tyre on the front and the new tyres on the back...( basically rotate them) He said Yes sir I'll have to charge you £15 for that. I asked Why? Because the balancing will be out.🤔 How ? I then said Surely if you just remove the wheel that wheel will be balanced No because it's on the back......😂🤔 He then said If I just put the rear tyres on the front I guarantee your be back tomorrow. I then said so if I had a puncher I would need to take it to a tyre garage to balance it before I put it on 🤔 so then At that point I thought I was about to be tucked up for £15 and left that idea I would say the tyres that I brought was the cheapest deal online i found but not if you phone up. In my opinion if you want tyres at this place buy online and don't ask for anything else !!
