Since placing the order with James Allen, it has been a good experience with quick updates on request and the delivery of my brand new MG. James has answered any question we have thrown at him and I enjoyed the video of my car before collection. James was able to get our car turned around quickly so that we could enjoy driving it on our holiday in Wales.

After an extremely long wait for my vehicle, that was no fault of the dealership, I was kept up to date by James on a regular basis. James was very knowledgeable and flexible with my requirements, he could get to the bottom of any question I sent his way. I don't generally like the process of buying a car, New or used, however the service I received from James Allen at Glyn Hopkins here in MK was absolutely superb from start to finish. There are very few people who actually always do what they say they will do all of the time, but James is one of those very few people. He listened firstly and then did what he was able to across all areas. I have high standards, am hard to please at times and do generally ask for more than the norm but James rose to this each time and delivered. Kept me up to date along the long wait that we have had, was proactive throughout and even got in contact with me on his days off and holiday. 1st Class customer service from James and MG throughout and even after taking collection of my car too. Nice car so far. Though I did notice a few paint chips on the bonnet and was told tough basically. In addition on collection I had to go straight to the petrol station as light was on petrol gauge.
