From the initial call to book both service and MOT, my preferred dates and loan car was accommodated, reminders by text and upon arrival personal attention was experienced and notification when work completed at the price originally stated, no ifs or buts. If this is the Jardine standard of customer care, of which I have not experience elsewhere, then I would without question recommend them to other jaguar users. Thank you to all at Jaguar Jardine, whatever you are feeding your staff on, its having a very beneficial effect.

We took our I Pace in for some warranty work concerning the satnav and the cruise control and initially things seem well, we had a really nice welcome and were treated very courteously booking process was reasonably painless so all looked as if it was going to be okay. We dropped the car off and we’re told we will be called when it was ready the same day. We have no communication and it’s getting towards the end of the day when they closed at 6 o’clock, so I thought I would phone to see if the car was ready , I tried to get through three times and was only unsuccessful on the third attempt. Because it was so late in the day we asked for the car to be dropped off to our home which they agreed today which was very nice of them however when we received the car unfortunately the problems had not been fixed and there was no paperwork to say what had been done replaced work carried out et cetera. Two emails to the service department later asking what happened I finally got a reply which didn’t really address my concerns and we now need to book the car in again take more time out without the car for another day. It’s a real shame that the service we actually received did not match the welcome which was most excellent.
