Always nice to visit a BMW dealership 😊 I only gave 4 stars because I was in the area and wanted to see what deals they had on new 1, 3 and 4 series cars, however everyone was busy and didn't have time to speak with me. I'm not from the area, but don't have a problem spending money at other dealerships if the deal is right. I will call them up another time. Not the biggest dealership, but there's plenty of space and many cars to choose from in branch and online. Hospitality is great here, as you would expect👨🏻. Oh, also the area is perfect 👌🏿 for a test drive, MK is brilliant for that 😉

I received a video showing the results of the health check on my vehicle which I found very useful. It was explained to me the brake parts I needed, and why. The car was cleaned which was a bonus. Alison Fisher was my contact and she kept me informed as to what was going on. All in all I was very happy with my experience.

I recently booked my Mini in for it's first MOT, end of warranty health check, brake fluid service and a minor repair to the door trim, and I was very pleased with the service that I received from all staff that were involved. Tracey Fisher was very efficient, courteous, and helpful throughout, even to the point of escorting me to my car in the car park upon collection. The video was quite detailed and I was really pleased that no problems were found! Booking in during the current pandemic was well organised and put my mind at rest.......see you next year!
