Exceptional customer service from all departments within the LEXUS Milton Keynes branch. I have been dealing with Lexus MK for around 3 years now and the level of service they provide is excellent. All staff are friendly and welcoming - they even make the best hot chocolate around! But I would like to highlight Alex George from the Sales team. His work ethic and customer service that he delivers is 10/10 - He sold me my first Lexus 3 years ago and sold me my newest purchase this month. I must admit, I'm not one to write a review every 5 minutes about every encounter I have but when an experience is exceptionally good or bad the desire comes on strong to hit the keyboard and let people know. I've had some terrible experiences in car dealerships in the past. From the moment I pulled up at Lexus Milton Keynes I was expecting the same but I walked in and was immediately made to feel welcome. The place has a nice relaxed vibe about it and the team are all on the same page, the car I booked to see wasn't dirty and at the back of the lot with no fuel and a flat battery, Aamir made sure the car was fuelled and immaculately clean. We were then looked after by Zulfqar who was very knowledgeable, really polite and looked after us in a relaxed and enjoyable way. He was also great with the kids and we had a really long test drive, we agreed a fair price on the car we were buying and our part exchange, I am now really looking forward to next Saturday when we collect the car.

I have very recently purchased a brand new RX 450h from Lexus Milton Keynes. I have known Zulfqar Ali for many years so knew that I would be looked after as a customer at the dealership. When I visited Lexus I was attended to by both Zulfqar and Vishal who was the salesman. They established my requirements very early and I ordered a new RX 450h on the same day. Due to the ongoing delays on new vehicles I had to wait a number of months for my new vehicle. I was kept informed throughout the process by Vishal who regularly updated me on the arrival of the car. I am an established business owner myself and I know the importance of communication. Once my vehicle arrived the process was very slick to arrange the handover. When I visited the dealership Vishal and Zulfqar made sure I was comfortable with the features and controls of my new car and even provided me with some personalised handover gifts. In my profession I am used to handing keys over to my clients, and this time it was roles reversed in order to collect my new vehicle. I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and found it a pleasure to deal with Lexus Milton Keynes for the purchase experience of my first Lexus. If you visit Lexus Milton Keynes or Hatfield, you couldn't do better than to deal with Keith Mitchell. I assumed that buying an almost new car sight unseen during a Pandemic would be risky; especially when negotiating on the most expensive car I have ever bought. However, following my buying experience with Lexus Milton Keynes (February 2021), my concerns were proven totally unfounded. Having made a tentative on-line enquiry, Glenn Millward promptly sent me a personal presentation video showcasing the RX450h I was interested in. The car was prepared beautifully and mindful that cars tend to look better in film, Glenn took the time to show close-ups of the wheels and bodywork to assure the perfect condition as described. Glenn also fed back a lot of experienced knowledge and comparative driving characteristics which gave me a good incite of the car in lieu of a test-drive (which was not possible under lockdown restrictions). After confirming my trade-in and cash deposit, Glenn sent my proposal through same day; including a screen-price reduction, the numbers Glenn sent me came in significantly below my expectation so I accepted the proposal and bought the car remotely, not being able to shake hands on the deal. Associated paperwork received next day as assured, forms were remotely signed and returned electronically. A very easy, simple, seamless and fluid process; all in all an extremely well managed remote buying experience. Upon collection, my new RX450h F-Sport Takumi Pack was presented beautifully, expertly detailed and pristine with all extras I had requested in place. Prior to collection, Glenn sent me a number of handover videos demonstrating the very many features, infotainment system and technology; all extremely useful and good to refer back to with so much to take in! Glenn Millward looked after me throughout the whole process, he answered the very many questions I put to him and took time to keep in touch long after collection; my satisfaction clearly mattered to him. In summary, I cannot recommend Lexus Milton Keynes, Glenn Millward and the current model Lexus RX450h enough. The Steven Eagell franchise as a whole deserve the exemplary reputation for Lexus customer service and although I live circa 90 miles away, they are my dealer of choice. Upgrading my car through Glenn and Steven Eagell Lexus Milton Keynes during a global Pandemic was a breeze, and furthermore the whole experience was a pleasure. And the RX is every bit the car I was assured it would be, and some; it is Lexus’s best kept secret.

Exceptional customer service without the usual hard sell, fully put me at ease. I usually find acquiring a new vehicle a stressful and uncomfortable affair! The team were incredibly polite, helpful and efficient in dealing with my queries. I was looking for a replacement vehicle for my wife and Vishal in particular went over and above to assist me, even once I decided to go down the route of leasing instead of PCP, Vishal chased down leasing prices, albeit their was no gain for himself in myself choosing to lease a vehicle. This wouldn't happen at other dealerships, they would drop you once they know they hadn't secured a sale! Lexus in Milton Keynes, particularly Hamza and his colleagues have definitely set the bar across the board for a fantastic customer experience. We part exchanged our vehicle and purchased an LC500 and from the moment I reached out with an online enquiry, Hamza was promptly responsive, extremely knowledgeable about the car I wanted and he explained the part exchange process. He was very prompt in getting back to me with a valuation on my car and he was also very thorough with the car I wanted to buy. I would just like to say what a service Lexus Milton Keynes provided me with! Ordered a Lexus Ux premium sport edition before the new year & it arrived it January! What a colour sonic white is, definitely worth the additional cost. I processed this order through Hamza, I would recommend him to all my friends and family. He made the service so smooth and didn’t push me into products I didn’t want, genuine salesman! When my car arrived I got a personal video showing me the exterior & interior, great personal touch! Unfortunately Hamza wasn’t around when I was due to collect however was greeted with Paul yet again another great salesman! The sales team are fantastic, very helpful, considerate, not judgemental (like some of their competitors) and definitely not pushy, nor did they use pressure tactics to get me to buy a car. Very trustworthy and honourable, a rare commodity considering the industry they are in. Always made time for test drives, car seat, rear seat space checks and for answering any questions I had. Buying a car was effortless on my part, they made sure that my experience was first class. Took the time to fully explain and show me how to get the most out of my new car, especially all the new gadgets and systems at my disposal. The sales team really go that extra step to make sure you have a wonderful experience, as it's not everyday you buy a car, and it can be a difficult and stressful decision to make. Even when you have purchased your car they are always on hand to assist you with any query you have. You might be thinking that this is what their employer to do, however if like me you have been to ten different dealerships and compered the experience and the manner in which you are treated, you will agree the sales team here are leaps and bounds ahead. In some dealerships I was totally ignored, never once approached by any reception or sales staff, after approaching them, was left hanging around for over half an hold or left my details and still waiting for a call back . In my opinion you will not be disappointed with the level of service you receive when buying a car from Lexus Milton Keynes. Not only was I looking for a new car but building a relationship with a dealer for the foreseeable future, up to today I believe this to be there case.

Pricey but reliable Lexus cars are generally well made and go on for ever if you look after them but they are an expensive purchase and dealer after care is costly too - sometimes you have to shop around for things like tyres as consumables that are like for like can be fitted just as well elsewhere. However the dealership is clean, efficient, friendly and helpful and I have been returning year on year as I have had three Lexus cars in a row. Generally better than other brands I have had or considered for personal service and a sense that your custom matters to them.

This is the way it should be done, took my 11 year old Lexus in for a service and was given great customer service. Emailed during the week to confirm my appointment, quick phone call the night before, on the day everything was handled well by Andrew. When I collected the car Andrew went over the service report, booked the courtesy car back in and I left in a freshly serviced and washed vehicle. My recent experience with Lexus Milton Keynes warrants every star. Ali Zulfqar in particular was fantastic, friendly, & professional at all times - during the negotiation process there was no 'used car salesman' mentality or tactics. Even when Ali needed to consult his Sales manager (Simon aka Little Finger!) they both came and sat down to discuss what the numbers needed to be to make it happen. Simon himself was genuinely friendly, none of the stereotypical pushy tactics were used by either Ali or Simon which enabled us to conclude swiftly on a deal. In fact it was very humorous throughout. The collection experience was fantastic, the car had been prepared to a very high standard with several minor blemishes dealt with prior to my arrival. On returning home I found a seal around the sunroof had perished, called that evening 6pm, spoke with Simon by the next morning Ali had organised for my local Lexus dealer to order the part in for replacement! Can't express the level of professionalism Lexus Milton Keynes has. We bought a ct200 and a month later it been taken to a "professional" car wash where they managed to damage the laquer of the bonnet. My fiance went back to Lexus where instead treating her badly and questioning the cause, she's been reassured they will get it done under warranty. We got an almost brand new courtesy car for the 2 days it took to fix it which was a pleasure to use. The bonnet looks just as a brand new one! You rarely get this level of service now days which is really sad. We really appreciate it.

I had a fantastic experience during the enquiring, discussing and part exchanging of my car for a Kia from Lexus garage at Milton Keynes. I was impressed with the communication as soon as I enquired about a car for sale there (despite it not being a Lexus). Very shortly after I had contacted Lexus I was even sent a 7 minute video giving me a detailed tour of the car. This really helped me with making a more informed choice about this particular model. Following on from this I was able to have the car brought to my home which was ideal given my circumstances at the time. This made it very easy for me to further discuss the car and take it for a test drive. I made a part exchange in the end which saved me all sorts of hassle if I had sold privately. Not only that but it made everything else easier when switching such as understanding road tax, MOT's, servicing, break down cover etc. In particular, I was impressed with Timothy Cornwell who I dealt with as he was professional, very communicative and took his time to explain everything to me. One of his colleagues even bought an ice cream for me when the local ice cream van turned up! Life doesn't get much better than that! I booked an appointment with them to fix my broken tyre pressure system on my 12 years old GS300 and an MOT. Andy was very helpful, he offered me a courtesy car straight away free of charge. On the day, when I visited them I got the usual phone call from Andy, the car failed its MOT because of the wrong headlight beam adjustment. I know it was a real issue, because the car failed the previous MOT for the same reason, and the fix, which my mechanic gave it without a proper instrument could not have been enough. He let me know that the tyre pressure system was not faulty, they just needed to press a switch in the glove box to set it back to the normal wheel set instead of the winter one . Can you believe this? THEY ARE HONEST! They did a very good job with the MOT, I got the complete advisory list, which shows me the items, which will need attention in the near future, a lot of very useful information. He told me the final bill in the phone, there was no push to carry out the beam adjustment. I told him to go ahead, because the bill was reasonable, taking into account that it's a main dealership, which provided me a courtesy car, plus saved me from a lot of hassle. At the end I paid exactly what we had agreed, no nasty surprise at all. The courtesy car was great as well, and the whole experience was absolutely professional. Congratulations Andy and Lexus Milton Keynes.
