D. S.I have bought two cars from Mercedes with this being my first car from Sales executive Leon. Leon has been fantastic throughout the process and has supported me at every step along the way as well as checking in with me every few days before and after I collected the car to check if I had any questions or queries about anything relating to the car. I was travelling from out of the area to collect the car and he was professional and extremely flexible.
I love my new car and I am so pleased to be back with Mercedes!

David Gibson was our Sales Executive for the transaction and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the service provided, car itself and the smoothness of the purchase. David listened to our needs, supported us with a exchange/collection that worked for us as a family with two young children (we aren’t local to the area) and when we did query something after we left, it was dealt with in the most organised/thorough manner. We have spoken to our friends and family about the experience and they can’t believe the excellent quality of the service we had! I am a very meticulous person and I couldn’t fault David and his team.

We weren’t sure which car we wanted, but within 30 mins of our first meeting with him we had made a firm decision as Patrick helped us to quickly see which one was the best fit for our family needs. I had several questions throughout the process, and even more after we had collected the car, with each one being answered quickly and in detail!
