B. D.This is my third Kia, and the second one I’ve bought from here. The product is really great value, well specified, and the service team excellent and very accommodating, worthy of five stars by themselves. However, these five stars are for the sales team, and the ease of vehicle upgrade/transfer. Ollie was professional and helpful throughout the process from initial review, test drive, price negotiation and then organising the used Sportage so collection was at a time to suit myself. Totally painless spending, well apart from the hole in the bank account.

After viewing on Tuesday the car was ready to be collected on Thursday evening. Great service and lovely car. S. G.Been with you guys for 3 years now, service is great. But sales rep need to up their game. I asked to be put on a waiting list for EV6 test drive, supposedly I was, and someone should've called me back to arrange it.That was 12 months ago, and I got no call back. Last week I spoke shortly with a sales rep regarding upcoming NIRO EV, and asked about the charging speed, I was told it will have the same speed as EV6, which is false, found this out after researching it myself.

S. “. B.First time having our car serviced here. Can’t praise them enough excellent service, friendly and helpful, kept me updated on where they were at. Particularly Kieran Lambert who gave a prompt response to all of my queries and guided me through the process. He also arranged for the car to be picked up and returned as they didn’t have a courtesy car available. At my request they also updated the satnav. The service included a full car valet too. Price wise was extremely favourable. Definitely be our regular place to go for future services.
M. j. D.Loved it!! Got its own car wash and repair kits for your car needs. No wonder the cars look spotless and looked after. Very organised and noticed the Wolverton Train station about 15 minutes walk and next to is a park and Lidls. Definitely would love a nice walk to see these lovely cars and then get some ice cream to cool my head.
