I called in to MK Auto Motors to have a browse and the Salesperson went above and beyond to be extremely helpful. A couple of questions, a cup of tea and I was signing up for a deal. Amazing to meet a team that you can have a laugh and joke with. He was very professional, friendly and I felt he was honest and upfront. Sale took less than an hour and I was driving out in a new to me car. Fantastic experience getting into a used vehicle. No pressure. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Perfect deal.

I have just bought a car from here, and all I can say is, you will be hard pushed to find a better dealer than them. welcoming and polite. John who I dealt with me was fantastic took me out for a good test drive so I could get the feel of the car, which comes with a 28 day warranty on the engine and 12 months mot. I bought my Audi A4 from MK Auto-Motors 5 months ago. The customer service was outstanding. No usual sales tactics, no BS. I let them know what I was looking for and they let me to test drive a few of vehicles. I felt very comfortable. Still love my Audi, it is very economical and cheap to maintain. The only downside is that the sales office is small, so it gets busy if there are other customers at the same time. An update after 3 years of ownership - I needed a bigger car and therefore I sold the Audi A4. During the 3 years of owning the A4 I only had to change engine oil and brake pads.

The fuel consumption was not great, but it is getting better after I increased the tire pressure a bit. I enjoy MK Auto Motors as much as anyone can enjoy a place where paying lots of money is involved. I recently purchased a VW Passat and did my research on the price. Their prices was not being beat by anyone within a 60 mile radius. It is a workhorse that looks good and gives great mileage (40average!). I feel VW has come a long way in the past 8 - 10 years in their product line. Also, I did like the salesperson - he did not give any of the traditional bs lines when I bought my car and was not pushy at all. He stayed late on a Saturday and worked hard to make the process very smooth. I wish they were closer to the Coventry area.

I was interested in a Porsche Cayman I saw on the MK Auto Motors website. One problem. I live in Plymouth and this car dealership is in Milton Keynes. I called Sal and explained I lived in Plymouth and was interested in the car, but needed to know a bit more as it is a 4 hour drive. Sal was very helpful and gave me an accurate and honest description of the car. It sounded great. Researching the car and the seller, gave me enough confidence in both to travel across country to buy it, so I decided to travel the distance to Sal as I'd been looking for the car for a while. The price was correct, I ran all the checks before buying and the car was exactly as described, clean, tidy and very mechanically sound. He took his time showing me around the car, taking me through all the features and specs, he knew the car inside and out. I have bought many cars in my time from various car dealers and have to say Sal sets the standard other dealers need to follow. I will be back in a few years to trade back another prestige vehicle from MK Auto Motors.

My wife and I were in the market for a Toyota RAV4 for over 3 months. After a number of visits to dealers that tried to overcharge us for a car and bad service, and lack of knowledge on their own vehicles, we finally found the RAV4 on the website, called them and got a same day appointment to check out the vehicle. When we got there, unlike other dealers we have been to, the vehicle was cleaned and ready for a test drive. Our sales man explained everything about the vehicle. We can to say that this place is very reliable and professional. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a vehicle! Love my vehicle!

My son purchased a vehicle from them on 05/02/19. It came with a fresh service (09/12/18) and MOT (09/12/18). He drove the vehicle home to Devon, 212 miles. 24 hours later a rear brake pad fell out!!!!. It was recovered to a national garage chain in Exeter... They said the vehicle was unroadworthy. Both rear calipers were seized, the brake pads were down to the metal and the discs were worn below the limit. The car had done 25 mile's since the service and MOT. Clearly false documentation. They had no interest when my son contacted them. He emailed them the Statement of Works and the repair quote. £439. He received no reply. MK Auto Motors know how to play the system. They offer 3 months warranty, which they don't stand by. Any car they sell has a ' new' MOT. But they don't sell the cars for a month or 6 weeks meaning the 28 days you have to complain to DVSADhas expired. You basically have zero recourse. +++++++ YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED++++++++ DO NOT USE, DO NOT TRUST, CHECK EVERYTHING TWICE.
