Had a brilliant 40minute drive today around Milton Keynes in the Polestar 2. Super knowledgeable and friendly staff, not pushy at all (you can't even order a car there, it's all done online). Highly recommend if you're thinking of a Polestar or are new to EV's and want to know what it's all about.

Great experience, I was having a test drive of the Polestar 2 and preview of the Polestar Precept. Great customer experience, good space to have it in. Test drive was a really good route and time to let you get used to and enjoy the car. The team were really friendly and happy to help.

Really great experience and new way of looking at cars, felt professional, informative and the test drive is the main part. I wish everywhere was this welcoming and organised. Very friendly staff but no sales push whatsoever which is nice. Informative and the test drive was great, a 40 minute drive on A roads and B roads giving you a good feel for the car all round. This has made my mind up 🤩

My partner and I attended a test drive here this week. Reduce showroom costs, knock £20k+ off of the car cost. Compared to the competition, price-for-price, the Polestar 2 is cheaper, faster, and a great drive. And you get over half an hour to test drive it. And there are no salesmen.

Great test drive experience. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. No sales pressure - you can't buy the car there. Cars sanitised and immaculate. Didn't spend ages photocopying licences and utility bill - not required. No faff.

AMAZING! Easy to find From as soon as I pulled up I was looked after. All the staff are engaging, knowledgeable and interested in not only their product but you and your needs. Lots of attention to detail about the cars and the product as a whole. Plenty of time to ask questions and not only see the cars but get involved with the whole process. I wish buying cars had always been this way. Was taken out for a 45min drive along a fantastic route and really got to test the car out. handy tips from the professional drivers along the way, felt like something out of Top Gear as 4 of us drove in convoy. Had the test drive today and Ive just put my order in for the car just now. Was initially set on the Tesla Model 3 and almost canceled the test drive today but so glad I didn't. One tip if your going to order would be to check out the pre-configured cars. I got lucky and found the exact spec I wanted and for some reason was a couple of grand cheaper and coming a bit sooner then a new configuration (says it is brand new). Fantastic experience at Milton Keynes. Excellent set up which no ther car group have managed to provide so far. Staff courteous and they answered every question, with looking puzzled and saying they would google it like the Audi and VW dealerships. I loved the car, would recommend a test drive. So impressed.

Great presentation of the car with friendly informed staff that will take you on a very good test drive. I've test driven electric cars from Audi, ford, Volvo, be and so on and they all just throw the keys and you and say I'll see you in 30 minutes. But polestar was totally different with a meen and greet and then a really progressive presentation followed by a convoy test drive. No other manufacturers have come close and I will order my car this week.

Attended the Polestar 2 test drive in Milton Keynes on 13th June 2021, with a friend. We shared the experience swapping half way through the test drive. Got the chance to ride as passenger and driver. The vehicle we drove had the max battery range and 4wd. Having driven fast cars, have to say this vehicle was very quick and comfortable. A well organised event, every representative of the company was passionate about the product but no hard sell. A selection of cars displaying all of the available colours, and various interior fabrics. I’m going to be test driving a few cars before deciding, but could not fault this car and their approach to sales.

Lovely car and showcase experience, The crew was very friendly and informed. There's a bar right in the waiting lobby. Next to it there's a presentation room where the go through the car and explain each key element. Questions are always welcome and the staff are very informed. Next you're assigned to a car and you get to test drive on a designated route along with the group. The experience feels surreal and I highly recommend it to anyone who's interested in buying a new vehicle or just to try what the future has to offer. Also Milton Keynes is a great place to go around afterwards for a shopping break. A fantastic experience overall!

Very good experience, staff are simply there to demonstrate the cars and answer questions - no salesman pitches etc as you buy the car online if you decide to. Particular thanks to the staff for coping when we arrived with 2 young children and adjusting the schedule so we could do 2x shorter test drives (whilst the other stayed back with the children)

Highly highly recommended if you are in the market for an EV vehicle. My test drive was in relation to viewing the 'possible new vehicle the 'Precept'. All the guys here are really welcoming without being overbearing. Everyone here wants you to firstly welcome you to Polestar cars, mainly the Polestar 2 and the test that you may have booked. Then in relation to Polestar, answer possible question you may have about EV driving. If you like what you see, the work together to develop the best 'flavour' of Polestar for you, whether you are single, have a dog and/or the 2.4 in tow. My visit has enabled me to get all my questions answered and strongly confirm to me that Polestar IS definitely a brand for me. Being a hatchback vehicle, the Polestar 2 is a car for UK & Europe. Until you actually book s test drive and get behind the wheel of an EV of this magnitude of quality, simply you haven't hot a clue and don't know what you're missing. Let Polestar be that introduction to the next generation of vehicle and maybe your definite next purchase. Disappointment is a thing of the past. ALL the best to Polestar and future test drivers.

This is simply the best space to learn about Polestar, the features and understand the car you're buying. For me, what I loved most of all is the support and advice taking precedent over sales tactics, if only more car brands would take note! I have been twice now to experience the difference in test driving the AWD Performance Pack and non-performance to understand the difference, as well as talking through the options. Both times, Gaynor was on hand to talk me through the options available and allowed time to explore the car features and ask plenty of questions. Even if you haven't got a test drive booked but have questions, I would recommend having a look around. There is plenty of parking, it is a step free space with a coffee bar for drinks (not allowed on the test drive) and accessible toilet facilities available.
