Alright, this is my second review for this branch, I created second account to share my brilliant experience with others. I would like to say million thanks to Milton Keynes branch manager Anwar, Ibrahim and Omar to making part exchange, new car sale and paperworks as smooth as possible, as friendly as possible and as polite as possible. They know I do my research before I visit the branch, they know whether I'll buy the car or not as I am honest to them, as well as they were always honest and humble too, not like other branches! Kudos to Omar as he called me while he was in holiday, if he didn't call me that day I would not have a supra today, that's for sure. If you are car enthusiastic like me, if you know what you need and if you are looking for a dealership who cares about their customers, visit this branch. They are not forcing you to put deposit, they are not telling you which car to buy, they are only giving advice where necessary. Very professional and polite, and that's exactly what I'd expect as a customer. I will definitely miss my Gt86, as I have said guys, if you can hide Gt86 for a year ill purchase it back! That car has too much memories and efforts put into it!

I ordered a Rav-4 back in November 2021and took delivery of the car on Friday 25th March . I am so far delighted with my purchase and especially with Kumanie the sales executive who handled the sale . I chose MK Toyota as I got the best deal from them and was prepared to travel over 200 miles to pick the vehicle up. I am not someone who typically writes reviews but after my experience at Toyota Milton Keynes I felt compelled to. I dreaded the prospect of trying to to sort out issues I had with our car as I’m not particularly savvy with these things but was lucky to speak to Charley Bircham in the service department who was extremely helpful and made the whole drama a whole lot easier. He was patient in guiding me in what I needed, followed up and called me when he said he would to update me and was a pleasure to do business with.

I bought my Yaris from Steven Eagell 18 months ago but I like to give it a bit of time before writing a review because there's a whole lot more to the "new-car" experience than just the purchase. I had a good idea of what I wanted when entering the showroom but I was still a little nervous. The sales staff were great, Vik especially. They put me at ease immediately, and clearly talked me through my options. It was close to the end of their opening hours but they still encouraged me to take a Yaris out for a test drive (happily waiting past closing for me to return). I felt no pressure into purchasing, unlike with some other dealers that I'd been to. Instead, they offered me an appointment later in the week, to give me time to think about it. Needless to say, I kept the appointment and was really happy to order my new car through Steven Eagell. The communication between ordering and receiving my car from the dealership was great. I was never left wondering where my car was, as they provided meaningful updates on its progress to me. Handover was also good. They took the time to show me the features of the car again before I left. As with most new cars there can be recalls though and mine was no exception. There were a couple of minor things in the time I've had it, but Steven Eagell were quick to let me know and accommodating of my schedule to bring my car in to get it checked and put right if needed. Every time I visit I feel welcome and all the staff I've met there have been great, Ibrahim most recently, and I wish I had gotten the names of others to highlight too. I plan to keep my Yaris for a number of years (it's a great little car), but if and when I decide to move on from it, I'll definitely be making Steven Eagell my first choice dealership to come back to.

Just took delivery of another car from these guys. I think it's around 7 or 8 cars now over the last 10 years. The fact i keep going back says it all. Top marks to Anwar, Ibrahim and Kumanie. Top guys, always polite, courteous, humble and professional - with a sense of humour as well. The guys are always looking to structure a deal that works for both parties. Purchased a car last year with a really nice non pushy sales guy. Have just been back for my 1st service today. Everything very efficient with customer service and satisfaction being the main priority. I choose to have a loan car but I think you can have a while you wait service as well. There is a comfortable seating area with free drinks and WiFi so if you need to work you can. I have a service plan so the faulty washer motor was replaced FOC and the car was returned washed and vacuumed. All in all excellent service all coordinated by Ollie.

Just had a wonderful experience buying a 2nd hand Mazda CX5 from Steven Eagell Toyota (Milton Keynes). The price and finance rate meant this was the the best deal we we could find anywhere in the country - so good it was worth travelling from Cornwall. Our sale was looked after by Akbar Vickas who couldn't have done more to make the process straight forward, without worries and without the hard sell. He put in a lot of hours to get everything in place and the car was checked, MOTed, brakes and tyres replaced and body repaired, all within 2 days to ensure it was ready for collection when I arrived from Cornwall. Vickas collected me from the station! He had all the paperwork ready and once his friendly manager checked that everything was in order I was ready to go. I recently purchased my CHR from them. The end to end interest gathering to delivery was smooth. I was taken through the whole process by their salesman Joseph Luca, who explained to us all the nitty gritty details about the policy, car and services in general. We've just migrated to the UK after living in Japan for 7 years. While I had proof of credit and address history in Japan, all my documents were in Japanese, but Joseph and his team of coordinators efficiently battled through the finances and helped me obtain the finance with least possible efforts from my side. I appreciate that finances is dealer's responsibility, but I did have a special case of less than a month's residence in the UK - so I give them full marks for their service. Overall the experience didn't feel like a typical sales driven exercise, rather it was frank and friendly.

The best customer service from John Darko !! Before visiting Toyota we initially had our heart set on a Honda Civic type R after a few trips to Honda MK we found the salesman not very keen to accommodate us. Maybe they thought we wasn’t a serious buyer. We started looking at other manufacturers. One day we was out shopping and saw the new RAV 4 in a car park and thought wow that’s a nice car. We headed straight over to Toyota MK for a look around. As soon as we got out our car in the car park we was pleased to meet John , very smiley and happy to be at work. On this Sunday afternoon John gave us all the information we needed to help us decide this was the car for us. John is so knowledgable, I asked him lots of questions about the hybrid system and all questions was answered on the spot. We decided to go for the rav 4 being a hybrid and very spacious inside and luxurious on the outside. Honda are far behind in technology and Customer services. We are so pleased to have meet John on this day. He let us have a test drive and was generally keen to genuinely help in more ways then one. We did visit the Luton & Bedford branch to see what the could offer but found the customer service from this dealerships to be second class to how John Darko treated us. He is generally one of the nicest guys we have ever met. We wouldn’t want to deal with anyone else other than him. We took out a service plan with Toyota over 3 years so hopefully that all goes ok. We cannot thank John enough for everything he did through the deal and on the day of collecting. We ordered the car in July and it came exactly on time. We also have a new born baby hence the new family car. This is our first family car, hopefully it will serve us many years and we will continue to visit this dealership with great service should there be any problems. My fiance (Vaughan) has today bought a RAV4 hybrid from Steven Eagell Toyota Milton Keynes. We are very impressed with the car, testing all the features in a 70 mile drive. We have been impressed with the semi autonomous radar cruise control and comfort while on the road. The car passing indication on the wing mirrors is a nice feature. The climate control works excellently, as do the DAB radio and sat nav. As relative newbies, although my fiance had a Prius about 10 years ago, watching the energy cycling diagram showing the fuel moving between petrol and energy recapture to the 4WD is fascinating! Thank you Hassan Waseed and the team for all your help. By the way it does have voice activation! The fuel consumption was pretty good around 44 mpg too.

I booked a 3 -year service for my car this week and when I booked it was clearly stating that "The car must be delivered at 08:30 and can be picked up again on Monday 07-06-2021 at 09:30." It seemed a bit too good to be true but I trusted that to be correct, so I left my key at the self check-in, went for a walk and came back at 9.30. At 9.30 my car was still in the same position, and after I asked about it it turned out that in their system it was marked as a "whole day" job, and that any appointment like that takes at least 1 hour and a half. Then they offered to start straight away, but it was late and so I took a taxi back home. I don't think it's their fault but they should sort out their tech systems, or otherwise someone else like me could waste hours waiting for something that they don't know they need to do before a certain time. Apart from that the actual servicing job was fine and well explained.

Our requirements were to purchase a Toyota Yaris and our advisor at Steven Eagell was Mufaro Mutaurwa. Mufaro went above and beyond during the transaction. Initially I had enquired about a different Toyota Yaris which had already been sold. Mufaro went away, undertook some research, and informed me that a Toyota Yaris was arriving within the week if I wanted to view it. The specification of the Toyota Yaris was in line with our requirements and so were generally pleased to book in a viewing. As the car had a few dents and scuffs, Mufaro and the team agreed to sort it out at no extra cost, along with ensuring the MOT had been renewed. It's comforting to know that the car comes with 12 months free warranty should there be any faults given the car is second hand. Overall the purchase process was pleasant and we are very happy with the purchase. Mufaro himself is a lovely and down to earth man and will always ensure the client is happy. Mufaro even came into the office during his annual leave so that we were able to collect the car, as that was the only time we were available!

My experience dealing with the staff at toyota has been extremely pleasant. I mainly dealt with a salesman called Ibrahim and I certainly recommend him if you head into the branch to purchase a vehicle. His service was smooth and efficient and above all he was honest, if he was unsure of any questions I had he wouldn't try to "blag it" he'd go and find out the answer to my question. And above all he wasnt pushy. I also appreciated his time, I dont reside in Milton Keynes and had to travel 40minutes after I finished work, which ment Ibrahim had to stay late. The only thing that I found slightly irritating is if I called to ask a question and Ibrahim wasnt available his colleagues wouldn't be of any help and would mention "Ibrahim would be the best person to talk to" just to thob me off as I wasn't putting money in their pockets when in reality if I was a fresh customer not been seen to im certain they could have answered my questions, but it wasnt a problem just annoying. Quite good at providing a car when yours is in for a service or an mot and if you give them enough time they can usually arrange for you to have a car you would like to test drive. Some of the staff have been there for years so they seem to know what they’re doing.

I was entirely satisfied with my experience at Steven Eagell's showroom. All the staff were friendly and courteous without attempting to be pushy. I was able to look around at the models on display at my leisure. My initial slight apprehensiveness at the possible implications of entering a car showroom soon disappeared. I had one or two questions to ask and Unas Ilyat came to my assistance. He asked us to take a seat , offered my wife and I a drink, proceeded to answer my questions. Eventually after discussing the models and grades in ranges I decided to have a test drive in an Auris Hybrid Design which I found to be entirely satisfactory. Afterwards we sat down in the showroom at which time I decided to place an order for this model. Unas was able to arrange the necessary paperwork very smartly and in no time at all I was presented with a delivery date. During my wait I was phoned several times by Unas in order to keep me updated about the delivery progress which was not changed from the original date. In due course Unas let me know that my car was ready for me and when I saw it for the first time I knew I'd made the right decision. I was extremely impressed by the efforts made by your salesman Unas Ilyat who was at all times approachable and friendly putting both myself and my wife at our ease. When it came time to drive the car away the Centre Manager James Daulman was kind enough to speak with us both which we thought was a very nice gesture. Am I happy with my purchase? Well after 500 miles I can inform you that I am totally satisfied so far!

Overall I had a good experience buying a car from this dealership but I was let down when it came to the drive away insurance which I was told I would be able to get regardless of age and when I came to fill out the form for the drive away insurance that was emailed to me it said you must be 21 or over and I am under 21. In that sense I was misled and at the last minute had to sort out insurance which was an inconvenience but also made my insurance premium more expensive as taking out a policy last minute puts up the premium. Other than that my experience at the dealership was good and they handled any other questions in a good and responsive manner and the salesperson I dealt with was very friendly.

My Husband and went to several dealerships in pursuit of a family car. We were on a budget and very limited with time with our little one on the way. We visited Steven Eagle Watford and had an absolute nightmare in trying to get the car we wanted. They messed us around with cancelling test drives last minute and weren't very good at promptly responding to our requests. We however knew that we wanted a very particular Toyota and so were stuck with what to do. In the end we used Car Wow to enhance our search and through this Mitch Scales from Steven Eagle in Milton Keynes got in touch with us. He was extremely efficient in responding and found the car of our dreams and at an even cheaper price than what we got quoted by the Watford branch! Mitch has been an absolute god send for us, he was extremely helpful and understood our needs very quickly and found us a great selection at the price that was in our budget. He even took the initiative to promptly reply to us out of business hours. The service we received from Mitch was no less than 5 stars, he was honest, transparent and it really helped my husband and I feel reassured about buying the car. Given we had to travel all the way to Milton Keynes, (when we hoped to have secured the same car from Watford) Mitch went out of his way to arrange for delivery on the car so that we didnt have to travel back. He has followed up since the delivery of the Vehicle to ensure we received the car okay and whether we had any further issues or questions. I am so pleased to not to have given up on Toyota as the car of our choice given we were nearly put off by the Watford branch! The drive to Milton Keynes was well worth it! I would strongly recommend buying from the MK branch and get Mitch or his Manager Naz! You wont be disappointing!
