The spares guy was very helpful over the phone at checking the parts were correct, ordered them and called me when they arrived so I could go and pick up.
Payment was made upfront over the phone which was quick and easy.
Picked parts up on a Saturday morning not many staff work on the Saturday so service was a little slow but they were very polite and helpful in locating the parts ordered.

N. W.Pretty showroom but next to no staff on a weekend, and you get completely ignored, unless you have an appointment, and even then you have to get someones attention to be seen. Also the cars in the showroom aren’t cleaned very well, quite dusty in the boots etc. I have to say though, we worked with Jay who was very helpful and made all the difference.
A. K.My car had a service while you wait. It was quick, successful and professional. I received a very helpful video of feedback with a look under the car and explanation on when tyres and brake pads would need changing. They even washed the car afterwards. I am very happy thank you.
S. M.First class service from the reception team. Couldn't have been more helpful. Bit disappointed with the workshop as car will potentially have to come in another 3 times. First time to tell me no gas in air con unit - But didn't take next step there and then to re-gas and add dye. Has to go in again next week for that. Then again after that to locate leak and probably again after that to fix the problem. Disappointed that the workshop couldn't re-gas and add dye the same day to save me yet another trip and a day without a vehicle.
