S. P.I purchased a new VW Tiguan R-line back at the end of September, I dealt with Craig - the senior sales executive throughout this process and I have to say his customer service was absolutely amazing, he was extremely helpful and very professional, an absolute credit to this branch.
He was very knowledgeable explaining the process to me and showing me my options, and as this was the first brand new vehicle Iv ever brought I was extremely nervous but he was brilliant.
Iv left it this long to review incase I managed to find any reason over the last couple of months after having the vehicle to drop the stars, but no such luck lol.

A. K. A.Great service and the touch of class by only videos of your car is why I continue to get my car serviced here. Being a Volkswagen dealer it is a little more expensive. A few attention to details could be recommended, such as writing in your service book or resetting the car computer.
R. W.I was impressed with the service at VW, specifically by Geoff the Salesman and Tom the Finance Manager. They didn't use pushy sales techniques and gave us plenty of time to make our own decisions. We walked away happy after coming to a deal on a nearly new Polo...oh and nice coffee!
