We bought a Skoda Octavia VRS Estate here. Very smooth process and Perry was very knowledgeable about cars. I asked him if the timing belt had been changed as the car has done quite a high mileage and he knew enough to advise me that it actually had a timing chain (they don't need changing!). He is also currently sorting out a small warranty issue with the rear wiper and sending on the second key so full marks from us.

After seeing a car on Auto Trader I was interested in at AKS motors in Newcastle I phoned and spoke with Terry the salesman and paid a deposit to hold until I could drive up from Mablethorpe and view. An appointment was made and I drove 190 miles to go look and test drive the vehicle, Terry was very accommodating and efficient and being impressed the the drive and quality of the vehicle a sale was agreed with a great part exchange price being offered against my other car. All paperwork was done in less than a hour by Terry and I was able to drive back home in my new car. Thanks to Terry all went smoothly and I’m very impressed with my new car.

great experience buying my car from aks, could not visit to see the car personally, terry was able to send a detailed video of the car, and do the finance application over the phone, within the week they delivered the car to my home, i was over the moon with my new purchase and how easy and stress free the process was. big thanks to terry for all the help he went above and beyond. would definitely recommend these guys

WOW WOW WOW. The team at AKS were a pleasure to deal with, polite, punctual and were great communicators at all times, they were courteous and helpful with no pressure selling. I have been looking for a new car for a while, and they really went over and beyond to find the right car for me and at the right price. There was no pressure buy either... such a refreshing approach to the usual. The lads did all the leg work and their years of experience in the car trade made me very comfortable knowing I was driving away in a quality car. I am delighted with my purchase - a brilliant find in superb condition, made even better by the advice Perry gave me on financing options. Spoke to a young lad on the phone at 10 am, agreed an amazing price and within several hours the cars Motd and delivered, bare in mind I live hundreds of miles away. Was a bit hesitant at first paying such a large amount of money without being seeing the car but was assured by the salesman which gave me great confidence. We bought a cheap px to clear car from them and travelled 130miles, they were very honest about any marks on bodwork over the phone, when we got there the car was exactly how it was described over the phone.
