Very strong customer service. I have bought 2 used cars from them over the past couple of years the most recent one after our vehicle was written off in an accident. On both occasions the team have gone above and beyond to help us find the right replacement in a quick time-frame and to our budget. I purchased a new focus vignale 2 weeks ago, drove it home and the engine warning lamp came on. Phoned the dealer and they asked me to bring it in to have the error codes reset. During the covid lockdown some cars in the showroom flattened the batteries and they had to jump start them. I took it back and codes were reset. Drove home and same lamp came on again. Arnold Clarke said that when jump starting the car some sensors were damaged. New sensors were ordered.A salesman(Anthony Joyce) went the extra mile and brought us a new courtesy car.Our new car was again delivered to our house. We tested the car after service for 4 days and all perfect. After a disappointing start we are extremely happy with our purchase and lessons learned with the jump starting, we would be happy to buy with this dealer in future.

Amazing service from these guys, my car was in to have the drive shaft fixed, I picked it up and managed to lock my 3 month old baby inside the car with the keys (clever I know) but the staff were absolutely amazing and tried so hard to get me into my car, even called an auto locksmith, made sure I was alright (I was very close to being a mess) made sure I was warm and reassured me it was going to be alright. They stayed with me through the whole escapade until my husband arrived with the spare key. I cannot thank these guys enough.... absolutely amazing customer service and on the repair side everything was a breeze!

I took my Focus in for a computer update which was showing a fault on the dashboard. All the staff were very friendly and kept me informed of the progress of the update/repair. I received several texts later on that evening informing me of the progress of the repair some hours after I picked the car up???? But to be fair I did receive a couple of phone calls during the day telling me the car was almost ready for collection then finally when it was finished, this helped me plan a lift to get to Arnold Clarke. The staff could not be more professional and pleasant. The car was given a wash and a hoover too (smiley face)

Recently purchased a 1.0 Fiesta Zetec S from George at Newcastle Ford. A very professional man and helped us through every step of the way. Members of staff where friendly and got offered a drink several times. Visited to get some information about Ford Kuga on Motability, spoke to a gentleman who explained that the new one would be out around the middle of March, he gave us a lot of information and explained some of the changes that Ford are making to the new Kuga, although we live near Durham we have decided because we liked the customer service we received at Arnold Clark Newcastle Ford when we book our test drive we will be going to that dealership and if we decide that the Kuga is the car we want, we will be using this dealership to order our car. Fantastic service, The guys here don't mess around and the guys here will help you no matter how weird or strange your question is. But be put off by "manufacture prices" many of the geniune Ford parts are entirely reasonable. A special mention to Lee who helped me wit hthe weird and wonderful query, it was an honour to speak with you!

Staff helpful but battery dead on Focus demonstrator in showroom so had to ask for a battery booster to move electric seat to try driving position. Rewards weekend for taking a test drive not applicable as told demonstrator not taxed and cannot be driven until Monday which is after the offer weekend is over :-(

Had a quick visit as it is a larger dealer who have lots of cars, not just Ford's to look at. I like to get into the cars so I can have a good pike about withoutvthe shark like salesman aaking studid questions that begbstudid answers 'what are yiu driving at the minute?' they ask. 'A car!' I reply. The area to the rear is great for this as the cars are open. They used to have a big shed on the side too but this was removed a few years ago. Shame about that as all the cars on the side are now locked and I can't have a proper look.
