The drive from Chapel Park to Shiremoor is not the easiest, particularly at busy times so I was not overjoyed at the prospect; however, the friendliness, patience and efficiency was more than equal to the standard I have become used to, so worth the inconvenience. Anthony was also fantastic at keeping us up to date about when the car would arrive given the many unforseen bumps in the road that delayed delivery through no fault of Arnold Clark.
