Tranquil Trev and Joe seen me through my first car purchase with absolutely no bother at all! An easy, reassuring experience, in which the customer's needs always come first. My wife and I looked up several DS3s online and set off for Newcastle to spend the day looking round them all before buying. First garage we visited was DTM Cars Ltd. This turned out to be the only garage we visited. From the outset they were welcoming, friendly and professional. The cars on show were pristine. There was never any pressure and they offered advice when we explained what we were looking for. We bought the vehicle we looked at as it was of a high standard and a very competitive price. This is the first time we have bought a vehicle from them but I’ve no doubt we’ll be back again. Couldn’t have asked for a better service. Thank you. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bought a VW Beetle convertible from DTM recently. My Wife fell in love with it on taking it around the block for a test-drive. Car was beautifully clean, and in good order with very low miles for its age. Engine management light on but Trevor changed EGR valve and no more problems. Car was serviced and MOTd. Even though tyres passed, they were renewed as they were close to limit. Dent in door was rectified and sticking door-lock repaired shortly after delivery. Wouldn't hesitate to use this place again. Certainly no high-pressure sales. PS. Never did get the service history book tho.

A very good dealership to buy your next car. We currently have a customer in France that is interested in buying a BMW Z4 and wanted us to speak to DTM Cars to buy the car for him. Trevor the owner of DTM was honest and answered all the questions our customer had. Our customer is happy to proceed with buying the car and is in the process of organising his travel arrangement to travel from Lyon to DTM Cars. Smaller garage, 20+ cars on forecourt I'd guess. Mostly in the £4k-£12k range. I bought a car in the lower end of range at £1300. I wasn't hounded when I walked in. I was offered a test drive without any supervision around the estate. So it makes choosing pressure free. The car I bought seemed fine at first but after 2 days there was a fault which meant I couldn't drive it. I organized for car to be returned and the garage offered a fix straight away. Ordered in a new, official part for me and replaced it next day. This was 2-4 days ago now and car seems to be working fine now. They were understanding when I called up and were keen to try and fix problem.

Recently bought a very nice MK5 Golf GTI from DTM & I must say the whole experience has been top notch from Trevor. The car was exactly as described & was beautifully presented when I went to view it. Before the sale was agreed I raised a few minor issues to be addressed which were carried out as promised. The car was ready for collection at the agreed time with all the documentation present. A final test drive confirmed everything & I'm absolutely delighted with the car. I would have no hesitation in recommending DTM to anyone. Fully deserving of the five stars!

Excellent guys. Renaultsport specialists. Great advice and specialist knowledge freely given about my Clio 182. Trevor builds and drives his own performance cars so they know what they are talking about. They also have a good selection of used cars, are honest about them and not pushy in trying to sell. Went to DTM looking for a reliable little car to get around in short term after I was the victim of a burglary and car theft. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to go. Honest pricing, guidance and outstanding customer service. I bought a little Yaris with the intention of using it and then passing it onto my daughter once my own car had been recovered or replaced. The staff at DTM were happy for me to take a test drive alone and inspect the car fully, there was no pressure and they were very friendly throughout. I bought the car and it has ran like a dream despite being 13 years old. Whilst I was there another Yaris became available and I returned the next day and bought that one for my wife to use. (Burgled, keys stolen and both cars stolen. Lock your doors people) Both cars have been terrific and I’m happy to report both mine and my wife’s original cars have been recovered by the police. If you are looking for a used car from friendly honest dealers then this is the place to go. I will be returning in the future for sure as my son and daughter look to upgrade/change as they get older. Top quality. Sorry for the long review but was seriously impressed and cheered up by great service and friendly attitude at a stressful time. FIVE STARS!!!!

Dtm cars... WELL I picked up a honda civic yesterday around 3pm the car a 56 plate advertising 26k on it.... The car probably had its longest drive at 180miles in one trip. So far mechanically feels solid and tight. Diane went through the warranty deal with me and I'm very confident that if a issue does arise it will be delt with promptly... So in sort for a second hand car it's very clean and tidy.. Thanks Ken

Brilliant experience. We went to see a Fiesta ST but upon arriving a Focus ST also caught our eye. We test drove both and the cars were top quality. Customer service was excellent and we would definitely recommend to others!

What a nice place to deal with they bent over backwards to accommodate us and we test drove 3 cars so my sister could decide what size car she wanted how nice was that .car was a good price and I used to be in the trade but had never met this lot before as sister found car on internet I was along to cast a friendly eye over the car . Highly recommended

Great staff and customer service. They don't give you a speech on every car you look at to try and sell you it, they let you look yourself and give you general honest answers to any questions as well as assisting if you want them too. Their prices and cars are honest and they know their stuff. Defiantly would buy again from them and would strongly recommend.

DTM cars were extremely helpful when it came to buying a new car they sorted everything out for me and it could not have been easier. The owner couldn't do enough to help you, I would 100% recommend DTM for your next car.

Just bought my 06 plate vectra 1.9 cdti sri last week.. cant remember the fellas name but he was really nice and helpful and so far its been a cracking motor not skipped a beat in almost 1000miles.. you can tell from the stock these guys know their cars.. had an issue getting insured as i bought the car on a sunday afternoon.. and rather than letting me risk driving home uninsured he loaded my car on the back of the truck and took me home.. best customer service i have came across from any garage.. highly recommended !! would definatly purchase from dtm again..

I got a car from them about 2 years ago and from the moment I got the car all iv had is problems with the car they tried to help at first but after taking it to a different place it terned out at best they were just putting a band adde on the problems at best but definitely not fixing them which is what I was expecting as my car was ment to have a full mot which with its problems theres no way it should of past
