M. R.I recently bought a car that JM Imports did a remap on for the previous owner. I had little information other than where the remap was done but wanted to know more before I bought it. I got in touch with JM imports and they were extremely helpful - they were kind enough to spend the time digging out information about the work that had been done on the car even though I wasn’t a customer of theirs personally.

E. K.How do you fix a seemingly poor decision like importing your car from the US? You call Jurgen and Aarin at JM Imports. My wife and I decided to import our E90 BMW from the United States. While we are both savvy about paperwork, I count my lucky stars for finding JM Imports to help us through the process. They were professional, knowledgeable, fun to talk to and a pleasure to hang out with... For a very reasonable fee, they walked us through the complicated process of the necessary modifications, shepherded the car through the IVA process, and ensured it was successfully registered with the DVLA. They answer each and every anxious phone call and e-mail promptly, and knew what to do each time. I know it's a JDM shop - the floor looks like back stage for the Fast and Furious crowd - but they served us right all the same. Happy customers. Cannot recommend enough!
