Wow what an experience, Robbie one of the sales managers was absolutely fantastic explaining everything and at no time did me or my wife fell any pressure into making a purchase.

I part ex-changed my BMW 5 Series for a A200 Sport Executive. What a real change over... best decision I’ve ever made. I love my Merc! Car is smooth to drive. I had many questions before buying but I am well satisfied with the car itself. Technology is up to date and very useful.
Customer Service at the Newcastle branch is just perfect. They take care of their customers and service was immaculate. When ever asked a question or was in doubt they were so helpful. Someone was always there to help. Connor was the sales executive I was dealing with and his service has to be praised. Connor works under the Manager Andrew, who was also very helpful and attentive. I have to say I am glad I have bought my car at this particular Mercedes Showroom.

Decided to sell my Mercedes E class coupe as the car is standing around and not getting used anything like it did. I didn’t want the hassle of selling it private or driving here and there to get the best offer. Went and seen Craig in Used car department and have to admit the experience was quick, efficient and painless. I can recommend if anyone is thinking of selling their car then go and speak to Craig. And if anyone is wanting to buy a Mercedes E-class coupe then see him about that as its a great car, full Mercedes service history and very well looked after. I had a pleasant experience with the body shop team at MB Newcastle from assessment of vehicle damage to handling of insurance claims and repairs itself.
My car was ready as at when due with timely pick up.
The courtesy car was of equal make and standard and the staff very friendly and courteous.
What could be better?
A little more information on the right place to be attended to as i had to wait in the general service waiting area before finding my way to the body shop reception.

I have recently purchased two vehicles through Neil Taylor and can’t praise his helpfulness and friendliness enough. Visited this showroom in need of a new car at short notice, the guys at the dealership from start to end were very helpful and very welcoming, exactly what a customer needs when visiting a showroom! Beforehand I had visited a showroom not so far away and wow the difference in customer service is unmatched. From walking in to the showroom to the reveal of my car was a rewarding experience to say the least.
The sales executive Conor in particular made me feel at ease and sorted me out with the perfect car, been driving it for a few days now and wow what a difference from my 2019 a3 saloon. They had a brand new vehicle matching my needs and expectations delivered a few days from my initial enquiry!
I look forward to being apart of the merc club and not leaving anytime soon!

Purchased a used Mercedes A Class saloon at Newcastle MB. The sales executive, Dan Twizell, was very professional and caring throughout the entire process. He explained the required information, was open to asking questions and was also not pressuring or trying to influence me in any way which was appreciated.
However, things could have been better with regards to obtaining the PCP Finance, which unfortunately due to being relatively new to the UK and frequent change of address, the default provider had not accepted my application and another one with a much higher price was offered next. Only after expressing my disappointment with the price difference and not ready to go ahead with that option, was I offered a finance deal with MB which was accepted with no issues and of a similar price quoted initially. I felt this was just an unnecessary ordeal that I had to go through and seemed like poor business tactics.
The car, although runs and looks well, had a few niggles within the first few days of purchasing which ideally should have been checked over before delivery.

Not the usual high standard of customer service, when arriving to pick up my car, no offer of a drink of any description, was asked to take a seat and someone would be with me shortly. after waiting 25 minutes with no communication I had to ask how long will I have to wait again i was asked politely to take a seat and someone will be with me. This time someone came to me within 5 minutes.

I was trying to find a nearly new second hand car in this crazy market. After making enquiries at other garages and not having calls returned or sales people not that interested because they know that they will sell the car to the next person, we found something that we liked the look of online with Mercedes-Benz of Newcastle. I would recommend this garage to everyone, the service we received from Robbie, Jamie P and Natalie was nothing short of exemplary and I must admit I was apprehensive about going to a Mercedes garage as we were buying a Nissan Xtrail, but the team treat us amazingly well and we're so kind and caring towards us and our baby daughter too.
Even when we had an issue after we took the car home, it was resolved extremely quickly and I'm so grateful to the team for this being such as great experience as I usually struggle going into other garages due to the sales tactics used, that wasnt the case at Mercedes, they were honest, patient and not pushy at all.

Warm welcome and efficient check-in. Had service/mot and was expecting g brakes and tyres maybe? Needed neither - honest service too which is what you’d expect. Washed and cleaned before return and on time too.
Did seek a quote on some very very minor body work and was shocked at the cost - excessive I felt. Member of staff from body shop did talk me through it around my car in a very nice manner.

The most generous and friendly dealership you will come across. They go above and beyond to make sure the car is perfect. From sourcing a car to dealing with the paperwork to pick up on the day. I travelled from London just to buy my car from them (not the first one either). This dealership has a superb Ebay shop selling Genuine Mercedes parts often for better prices than pattern parts from Eurocarparts etc. Must have a switched on parts desk manager. Will get parts prices for you from part number of reg too, Perfect for those running an older Mercedes and DIYing but want to use quality stuff. Reccomended.

Great service. only thing I wasn't happy about is the courtesy car, the gave me A-class very tiny considering my size and being someone drives C350. I wouldn't have asked for more just similar to my car would have been enough.
However, except that everything else was spot on. Service done in a vary efficient time. Car was washed and cleaned after service.

I was being looked after by a gentleman named sadiq and I cannot praise him enough! I needed some specialist advice regarding headlamp replacement or adjustment for an upcoming move to France. Not a question that they will be asked every day. I spoke to Ross in parts who was amazingly helpful and gave me a price and advice for new headlights . Rather than transfer me at a busy time to get a price from service for fitting them he took the time to contact them himself and call me back. He looked at every possibility to help me including trying to establish if my current lights could be adjusted. This actually might be possible. If not, then I have a competitive price and expert fitting at hand. I know that Ross spoke to a couple of different departments on my behalf and called me back as soon as possible. This is the best customer service that I have ever had from a parts department and I am 60 next month. BIG THANKS to Ross.

Ordered a part for my car from here and the service was very good. I received a phone call within 2 days telling me the part was ready to pick up. Unfortunately after picking the part up I realised it wasn't the part I was after. I spoke the the guy at the counter and after several minutes of investigation he found that the part number on the box was different to that of the actual part in the box (Not their fault I suppose, but it doesn't give a good impression of the "premium" brand that is Mercedes). The guy was very apologetic and ordered a new one straight away. A couple of days later I came to collect the correct part.

The whole purchase experience was extremely smooth from start to finish and the staff, particularly Chris, were really attentive and responded quickly to any questions I had.
The showroom is beautifully laid out and extremely clean. The reception staff give you a friendly welcome and do a brilliant job of keeping the showroom Covid secure.
The process of applying for finance was quick and went smoothly with Andrew who explained how the various finance offers worked and the final handover included a detailed explanation of the car from Chris and the Mercedes Me app from Callum, who had set me account up in advance. There really wasn't much I needed to do other than turn up!
I looked at a few other cars while making this purchase but Mercedes-Benz in Newcastle definitely came out top in terms of service, value for money, and friendliness of staff. I'm already looking forward to making me next purchase!

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Conor Watts from Newcastle MB. I recently made an enquiry and deposited for a Mercedes coupe and throughout the whole process Conor has been very professional and consistent with his approach, which I must say he has been faultless. Living in the midlands, communication was key, and I must say it has been excellent, the trust and rapport was built very quickly as I had every confidence that Conor was insuring the used car was in the best condition before handover.
He was very open and transparent with the process and kept me updated on the progress of the vehicle as it was in the workshop to retrofit the original exhaust. However, due to change in my circumstances, a larger estate vehicle is needed on a long-term basis. As sudden and unfortunate as it was, Conor was very understanding and made me feel my best interest was always came first, which is why I hope to deal with Conor in the very near future to source a particular vehicle.
Any one dealing with MB Newcastle is in good hands. Andrew also was very accommodating when arranging the finance to meet my budget, so I am too very grateful for the excellent service I received from Conor's manager.

Excellent service. I enquired about a Nissan micra they had advertised on Autotrader. Chris Carle responded very promptly and was efficient and helpful in answering all my questions. I arranged a test drive for a day later as I was going away for the weekend. Alicia took me for my test drive, I was very nervous as I do not like driving to that side of Newcastle so was shaking like a leaf by the time I got there. Alicia drove me somewhere quieter where I could see what I thought of the car's turning circle etc and I had a drive on a quieter road before letting Alicia take us back on the main road. As I especially wanted to know what acceleration was like she gave me a good feel for that. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car.
I decided to purchase the car and Chris was very good with keeping in contact. Andrew who arranged the bit of finance I needed was also helpful and friendly.
Alas Chris was on a day off the day I went to collect my car so Callum with help from Dan did my handover. Again very friendly and courteous.
I was a little nervous thinking I would be out of place buying a Micra in Merc dealership but did not feel I was treated any differently to someone buying a high end car. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff I spoke to.
Who knows when I am in the market for another car I might just be persuaded to drive my nemesis road again!

Although I live in South Wales I am quite a few miles from my local M-B dealership so when I need parts I email Newcastle with my query and always receive a speedy response with a quote to supply whatever I am looking for.

My only problem was that I bought a second hand Smart car a year ago and at the time I was assured it had undergone a 90? point service and check and everything was fine.
It went in for a service and an MOT last week and I was informed it needed new front discs and pads and it would cost £300 for the brakes alone as I have a service contract for the car.
My complaint is I have only done 3000 miles on the car since purchase, so the the front discs could not have been in good condition if they were needing replacement only 3000 miles later.
Had I been told that the discs etc would needed replacing in about 3000 miles, I would not have purchased the car in that condition.
Other than that, I can not fault your service team in Newcastle as they have all been first class since I purchased the vehicle

Invariably a visit takes much longer than expected - eg after service car returned to forecourt but 30 minutes elapsed before service personnel returned keys, despite the person in question not apparently having too much to do. After arrival it is invariably 10 to 20 minutes before anyone comes to fill in the appropriate form etc. Providing refreshments doesn't take away from the fact that visits are far longer than they need to be. Furthermore to resolve an apparently simple problem it took 4 visits to fix. On the positive side staff are very courteous and friendly.

Annual service and first MOT for my smart Fortwo last week. From the moment I arrived into the service reception area until I was taken into Newcastle by their courtesy car, I was treated with respect and professionalism. Refreshments were offered on arrival and a service assistant soon arrived to explain all the tasks they would be carrying out. On returning from Newcastle later in the day, I didn't use the courtesy transport although it was there if I had wanted to, refreshments were once again offered. The car was ready on time and the service assistant went through everything they had done and gave me all the paperwork to support it. I was taken out to the car, which had been meticulously cleaned and valetted and sent on my way.
No other garage that I have used for servicing other cars I have owned has ever made me feel such a valued customer as this dealership does. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Having previously dealt with local BMW dealerships and receiving terrible service I am pleased to report nothing but a wonderful experience at Mercedes Benz.
I called in with a fault on my car and was made to feel welcome straight away. I was sat down and Emma from the service team came and assisted me with my issue. She had the car booked in straight away and obtained me a loan car to use whilst it was in the garage. I was kept updated with the progress of the work being completed in the workshop and it was executed in a very efficient manner.
I visited this dealership with my old car which I serviced myself. The parts department are just as friendly and efficient and were also very helpful in searching for unusual parts from US-spec models.

So, having picked Gertrude up from Mercedes-Benz of Newcastle on Monday, I'd just like to share a few thoughts and some feedback on things.
Overall, it's been great: the car itself is staggering and everyone I've worked with in the dealership has been friendly and positive. Now, I'm aware that car sales people can get a bad rap and I'm sure that, around the Universe, all sorts of shenanigans has gone on in the past, so I'm going to single out a couple of people for their efforts in getting me into a vehicle I thought I'd only dream of actually owning.
First, and foremost, credit to my Sales Executive/Consultant/Whatever-the-current-term-is, Nina who has been a breath of fresh air throughout the whole thing. I can't emphasis this enough, but she's just ... herself; there's been no pressure, no feeling of deal slipping by, just a genuine will to get me into the right vehicle. So, if you've had enough of the 'traditional' approach, ask for Nina and tell her I sent you.
Second, and possibly to the surprise of some, Andy, who made all the finance happen. Normally the finance guys are the bane of the car buying process and they get no thanks whatsoever, despite the fact that all they get to do is sit in front of customers telling them that their products are too expensive and that they want them cheaper. Hey, I did the same thing, but, you know what, Andy was easy to work with and, yes, like others, I tried to get the best deal for myself, but we got there in a straightforward simple manner with none of the convolutions that you sometimes hear about.
Does that mean that there's nothing to be improved upon?
For Nina, nope: she's perfect.
Andy? Nope, although, as the paying customer, perfection would only be achieved if the car was, in fact, zero cost. Oh, well, I can dream.
And the overall dealership itself? For anyone who hasn't been there in a while, there's been a little bit of a rearrangement of furniture. The old reception desk has gone to make way for some stairs into an extended customer area. This is great - it's open and specious and the lady who's been there doing duty on the teas and coffees (my apologies, but I cannot for the life of me remember her name) is fantastic. What's not so great is the small stand just to the left of the entrance as you walk in that now functions as a reception pedestal: with all due respect to the person who designed it, to me it has the feel of a trade show booth, or something that would be put in the middle of Eldon Square for the AA to sell breakdown cover from - it just doesn't feel premium to me. There are other issues with it too: having lost the desk, there's no focal point when you walk in, no cues for 'where do I go now?' The pedestal is at an angle to the entrance too, so it doesn't present much of a profile to anyone walking in and it's easy to walk straight past: I did the first time. Any newcomer to the dealership would simply stand there and wonder what was supposed to happen next, especially as the pedestal doesn't have anyone there for a lot of the time: on my arrival for the handover, I stood around for a few minutes trying to look lost and leaning on the E Class information stand until someone took pity on me and I was quickly ensconced in the customer area. And the final thing is that the pedestal is much taller than the old desk was, so if you get any disabled visitors, particularly someone in a wheelchair, you're effectively putting up a barrier to them.
All that said, I do appreciate that there's a balance here between having product in the showroom and the space (and staff) requirements for a 'reception' function and, just because I liked the original desk concept, it doesn't mean that there isn't a better way to do things! I just feel that it's possible to tidy up/improve the experience for a customer/potential customer when they initially walk into the showroom.

My car was booked in for a B Service and a MOT on 13 February and a loan car was arranged. The MOT was due for 21 February. Unfortunately we had heavy snow overnight and I was unable to attend so I rang to cancel. It was not possible to rearrange a combined MOT and Service with a loan car before 28 February so I booked the service for then and booked a "while you wait" MOT for 18 February. The car failed the MOT due to a front suspension part which was not in stock but would arrive the following morning. Under the circumstances they found me a loan car and also offered to carry out the service booked for the 28th while the car was waiting for the part. Eveb better was the fact that the suspension part replacement was covered by the MOT Insurance. Great service.

Then I received another email saying that the service dept was closing and my MOT was cancelled. That caused me some concern because I was unable to tax my car and would have to submit a SORN. As advertised i booked a 48 hr test drive in a cls. When I arrived they informed me the car I would have got was sold and the backup had no tax. They did everything they could to fix us up but only had the car a few hours. Shame.

Following a telephone enquiry, my Wife and I were immediately offered an appointment with Ray Coates. Ray soon followed this up with our very own personalised video presentation which was hugely informative and of great assistance. We called in unannounced prior to our appointment so my wife could have a look at the range, as she couldn't make it on the date we'd set. This was no issue for Ray who very kindly arranged an impromptu test drive there and then and was only too happy to discuss our potential purchase at length, if not for the fact we had made other plans for the day.
By the end of our planned appointment, which was totally hassle free, we had a new car!
Ray made the whole experience a pleasure, he is a genuine guy and took great time and effort from start to finish to explan everything clearly right down to the comprehensive hand over, we even recieved a free Mercedes hat, scarf & umbrella! This was followed up with a call the next day just to check everything was ok and reminder that if at any point we needed anything to give him a ring.
I hate being pitched at, which is why it's so refreshing to have an experience like the one we had with Mercedes Newcastle.
