I have had dealings with many car sales companies over the years One Oak Motor Company are very definitely at the top of my list. They have been very helpful explaining everything to me in great detail. They very kindly delivered my car to me when I had a problem with my insurance and collected my other car. I can't thank them enough for how understanding and accommodating they have been. Many thanks. Recommend they should not be missed when looking to purchase your next car.

I would be happy to recommend buying a car from this company. I am really pleased with the car I chose. I received great customer service from the staff I met, Chris and Michael, who were friendly, helpful and efficient. I feel I paid a fair price for the car which was very well presented, with valeting, 6 month warranty and 12 months MOT. I would definitely buy from One Oak again! Thank you!

Bought a lovely little van from Micheal and Chris for my own business I’ve just started, it was a pleasure dealing with them, no hard sell or pressure when I went to view it, just handed me the keys and said take it for a test drive, at short notice I may add. They had the van serviced ,Mot,d and cleaned ready for me to pick up from work after hours,Micheal stayed back for me as my working hours were outside the dealerships hours. 3year ago I bought my first little car (corsa) from this company. I’m now onto my 2nd car from here and I couldn’t fault them on anything, they couldn’t have been anymore helpful on finding me a 5door that I really wanted. I couldn’t recommend this company enough having buying my 2 cars from them. I picked up my Ford Fiesta which had been put through it’s M.O.T and service, it had also had a valet before me picking it up. I also got given a 6month cover with it which I was over the moon with. Stephen who I dealt with, helped changed over my plates from my old car to my new one. Any questions I had he answered them. Thank you, I’m loving my new car.

I rang Michael from BRISTOL and I had noticed a lovely low mileage Skoda Octavia 1.4 tsi , I am very pleased with it , the delivery was organised by Michael and they were all helpful at the garage. Due to me having a bad experience in the past, I got an AA inspection and all the work was carried out my Michael with no complaints, he even did some work which I decided not to mention , I received a full new mot , service and 15 month warranty, so excellent service and I am happy customer- cheers Mark

One Oak offer a warranty and if you're anything like me and know very little about cars this will certainly give you peace of mind. Can't recommend One Oak more. I wanted a second hand car but with the reassurance of MOT + AA cover etc, and they include it all with the car for first 6 months, so you get started with peace of mind. They did the MOT when I bought it so it was good for the year, and went above and beyond making sure minor things were completely fixed. PLUS they made it happen quickly for me. Chris was also super helpful and patient while I test drove the cars and visited a couple times to make sure I was getting the right thing. Thanks so much! Emily

I cannot recommend this company enough. I just bought a second hand clio off them and the standard of service and value for money was second to none. Through an internet search I found the car I was looking for at One Oak Motor Company in Newcastle. I couldnt view the car due to lockdown. I have no connection to the Company and no previous involvement with the business/staff so the reviews others have left were important to me. I found these all positive and reassuring so I decided to go for it. I have to say that from the initial enquiry, obtaining finance and taking delivery of the vehicle it could not have went any smoother. After getting the car however I noticed a small issue and contacted Michael to report this. He immediately eased my concerns and reassured me that he would sort the issue and true to his word he did. Based on my experience I would have no problem in recommending the Company.

We were looking to change our Adam for something sportier, and started searching for a Peugeot rcz. We found a good low mileage example at One Oak. Due to Covid restrictions we were unable to do a test drive, but Michael and Chris assured me that the car was sound and drives well. This turned out to be the case. The car is good. As well as given me a good trade in value for my car, the Peugeot came with a full MoT and service, and as well as the normal 30 day warranty they also include a six month parts and labour within the deal. I have extended the warranty up to 15 months for a further £149. just for peace of mind. Good Company 👍 Graham B.
