Picked up my BMW 335d xdrive a week ago, the photos of the car looked great but was told to wait until I see it in person as it is stunning and they were right. The customer service was excellent from all staff, got a fair price for my car part exchange, arranged finance really quickly, paid the deposit and picked it up 4 days later, they turend it around with an MOT, service and brand new discs and pads, so you can be sure all the cars are in tip top condition before you drive it away. I Also purchased the auto guard extended warranty and breakdown service, for a great price I now have 15 months peace of mind, even on a 7 year old car, so be sure to ask about the options for that. will definitely return for my next car, thanks guys. Can’t thank Glen enough for all his support and guidance with my car. I phoned this gem of a place on Saturday afternoon in major panic as I had an issue with my brakes on my car, Glen advised me to bring the car down on Monday morning for them to have a look at, not even an hour after dropping the car off they had successfully diagnosed the issue and talked me through the whole process from the issue, to fixing it, ensuring that they kept costs as low as possible for me, as well as making sure my car was safe to drive. I’ve just collected my car and it now runs as it should. Smooth hand over, and efficiently completed! I cannot thank you all enough! I will definitely be returning in the future - (for routine checks such as service and MOT and hopefully not emergencies) but should one arise - touch wood, I know where to go! Firstly I would like to comment on how fantastic Glenn & Gary are at RMC. I seen a Focus RS for sale with under 3000 miles, extremely rare for a vehicle six years old, service records up to date fully documented. It was nearly a week before I could get to Newcastle to view, throughout that time I must have rang RMC Severn times asking hundreds of questions all of which were answered or information sourced. Nothing was to much for these guys, always friendly, reliable and totally honest something which is rarer than the vehicle I was sourcing. As a RS enthusiast the car had to have No imperfections what so ever and true their word the car was outstanding as new, better than the video, pictures and everything the team had explained to me. This car is what I have desired for sometime but just could not find one to satisfy my dreams, if I could give a ten star review I would without hesitation. A massive thank you to Glenn & Gary for everything, even though I am 170 miles away you will be my first stop buying cars in the future. **********

In 22 years of driving and purchasing cars, I haven't come across a garage as perfect as this one. The car is amazing and both Richie and Glen where true gentleman to deal with. Both are very relaxed and easy to contact and talk to. The car came very well prepped, It was lovely and genuine too. I can't say more ... They will be used for servicing the car too, even though they are an hours drive away. Well worth the visit and purchase.

Purchased my Mazda 3 last year from this company. They we're friendly and welcoming. Made me feel comfortable about making a decision to buy a car from themselves. The reason my review is a year later is because I've found with past cars the first year shows any problems with the car that you feel could be noticed by sellers. In this case the car not long ago flew through its MOT and has been fault free and reliable since we purchased it. As soon as my Vectra needs replaced I'll be heading straight back. Cheers

Picked up my new Focus yesterday and I am so impressed! Incredible customer service, everything well presented and they really have gone to the end of the earth to ensure everyone's safety. The protections put in place due to Covid-19 are extensive! They have hand gel available, wipe everything before and after use and there are screens in the offices to ensure everyone is kept safe. Really would recommend!
