Had the pleasure of buying my new Audi TTs from Edward at Stoneacre in Newcastle. From start to finish, I cannot say a bad word about the service that I had received. I turned up without an appointment, had a chat about the car, test drove it and reserved it. The car was ready for me to pick up at my earliest convenience. Edward is such a lovely person and I am very grateful for the high level of customer service i received. I could not recommend the Newcastle branch of Stoneacre enough. Steve Payne was brilliant and got me a fantastic deal on a Suzuki Vitara, which I love! I originally did not go with the intention of getting anything and was there to look but that is the sign of a good salesman to find a deal i could not turn down. All of the staff were lovely (sorry Kevin, I didn't catch your surname!).

Had so many problems with my Giulietta QV, purchased from Stoneacre Wolverhampton who were useless. Eventually hooked up with Laura Phillips here and never looked back. Superb customer service and everything sorted promptly and effectively. Can't praise Laura and the team enough, some of the staff at other Stoneacre sites would do well to take a leaf from their book. First class.

I had good support from salesman initially and car was delivered due to lockdown restrictions. However I returned the car due to a perceived problem within the cooling off period . There was a reluctance to take the car back. It was suggested I return to the garage once Covid restrictions lifted to test drive . It was implied I might ,"borrow" a second car and return it within cooling off period. I made a suggestion for other cars I was interested in, however I was never contacted with regard to these cars. I opted to go to another garage where I bought a different car. I wouldn't return to Stoneacre after this experience.

Just bought a new Alfa Romeo from Gary Lancaster at Newcastle’s Stoneacre. The whole procedure was made really easy from my first contact, requesting information on new models up to collection of the car. Gary kept me informed of everything along the way and Went the extra mile to make sure I could get a car with the extra features I wanted, but still within my budget. On collection he demonstrated how to use the new media centre and talked me through reverse parking with the rear view camera. Can’t recommend Stoneacre more highly!

The service you get is very good no pressure on yourself of getting a car my experience was great a member of staff called Steve McPherson there was no problem at all on eneything you bring up I found out this pearson has only been in the roll of 3 weeks it felt to me he had been for years if he carnt help you he will go out and find the question for the answer I wood gave 9 out of 10 every good I wood go back Tony Baglin.

Good service, friendly atmosphere. Just a pity they no longer do drop offs into town. Trying to get a courtesy car is difficult as insurance policies no longer state that you are covered for courtesy cars. Could do better with this.

Excellent experience at Richard Hardie, my partner and I have been burned and therefore we weren’t keen on buying a new car straight away. There was no pressure to buy, and we were asked to try as many different cars as we could as we couldn’t agree on what car to buy.
