Appointment last around 20 minutes. Dave (david) great guy! Gave me a great price and the whole process was straight forward. Remember to take into account the price estimated online can reduce if your car has scratches etc. Had same day payout which i got 30mins after leaving. Highly recommend and would use again.

My car was in a good state of repair with a few very minor scratches and a couple of stone chips. Perhaps the valuation online should recognise that all cars will have these minor scratches and stone chips and factor this into the online valuation. That being said, the process was straight forward and quick.
