Bought a car from Jasper today at we buy cars for more. The whole experience was absolutely brilliant. Jasper very very good at working out the type of car that would suit what I wanted (very picky) and listened to exactly what I wanted. He was very honest, up front and found something that was great for me. Brilliant car that’s new, really good quality and great to drive. The Customer service was genuinely 1st class and I would recommend to anyone looking for a good quality car upgrade to go see what they have! Brilliant service.

I honestly don't even know where to start from, I was recommended this garage through a family friend as I was looking for a new car. it was the most stressful time car hunting, after a whole day out browsing for a car from big dealerships to small ones on Scotswood Road then I landed here. I initially went in to buy a A1 for cash but then decided I wanted a car on finance when I seen the range of cars they had in! Also because I deserved one, never done finance in my life but you only live once 😂 so then Jasper and Collin explained how it worked and the break down. No pressure, they asked me to go away and think about it, whether I wanted the Audi or something else And gave me a courtesy to use, to get around for my daily jobs. Jasper went that extra mile out of his way, and made it so much easier for me and honestly I am ever so grateful. I made my mind up and came back and went with financing a beautiful A Class 180 AMG LINE 16 plate and they took all my needs on board from what I wanted done on the car, a tiny bit refurbished work was carried out, MOT/Service and 12 months Warranty and happy days! After a stressful 3 weeks, I have finally got a beautiful car, thanks to Jasper. He has been recommended to my family and all my social media followers. It’s no secret that used car salespeople (to not be sexist!!) have a certain reputation, and anyone that knows me, knows that I am not one for using social media and the sort, but I felt compelled to write a review of this garage and the team that work there, though especially Steve. This is simply because of the great service, and especially the after sales care, that I have received from Steve following the purchase of my little Porsche Boxster back in January this year. Unfortunately, due to the current pandemic, I have not been able to use the car much, but there were a couple of minor issues with the car that I was not quite happy about. The car was initially taken back at the start of July, and it was agreed that the car could be taken a Porsche specialist, where I obviously ended up with a bill to pay for work which rectified the issues. I forwarded this bill on to Steve, and I admit to doing this with a feeling of trepidation, not least because of the time that had lapsed since the purchase, but my worries were totally unfounded, and I have been fully reimbursed. So if you are thinking of purchasing a used car from this garage, I personally would have no qualms in recommending them. Every time I have been there, everybody I have met has been nothing but pleasant and helpful, and there is a very happy and relaxed atmosphere, with no feeling of being pressurised.

Went to look at a Ford s max met Colin very nice guy gave me good price for my part x I told him I wanted to pay cash but would not have the funds available for two weeks he told me that's fine and after leaving a small deposit he kept the car for me. I collected it today over the moon with it would recommend this dealership As a side note after having the car a week got a flat tyre on motorway after a temp repair by rac they told me to have tyre checked took it to tyre spot the next day they told me all four tyres were through to the metal and was unsafe to drive had to buy 4 new tyres. I called the company to tell them they asked me to send they the tyre report and after seeing it they refunded what I had payed for tyres. Also after 3 months its failed its mot on a broken drop arm about 800 pounds repair bill

Been to a few dealerships amongst others, to get best price, including where I bought car: Evans Halshaw: ‘buy back scheme’ - terrible!😡 We Buy Any Car: complete rip-off!🤬 I’ve bought & sold all my cars myself & being female I must look like an easy take, but called We Buy Cars For More, Newcastle & spoke to Jasper on Wednesday, booked car valuation on Friday (18/09/20). What a breathe of fresh air! Met Jasper (owner) who checked my car over, gave me best price and paperwork with immediate payment & completed within 40 minutes! Everything about this business stands out against the others! The staff were professional and friendly, was offered tea, coffee, water (which no-one else did), the office was spotless with the welcoming look of a home to sit & stay in...leather sofas, wood burner fire, hand sanitizer & masks if you forgot yours (brill idea as no other dealers had this small, extra touch, which shows they’re really thinking of everyone - not just looking at the £!). As the site is away from City Centre, Jasper drove me back to Newcastle Train Station (wearing mask), so I could get home, which was so helpful - I’m sure the other dealers would have shown me the door & given out bus timetables.... I’d say if your looking to sell your car & shopping around, put this Company at the top of your list, no pressure selling, friendly, honest, chatty staff - what more can you ask!! I've had great service from we buy more cars. Purchased my new car in December. Fair price and part ex. It was serviced, had an MOT, fully valeted and taxed for me to pick up. Got a lovely gift from the guys for new car day. Then my central locking failed this week. Not covered by the warranty that had been sold with the car. I had it fixed by a local garage who informed me I should still be covered by we buy cars for more's 6 months statutory warranty. Sure enough there's a cheque in the post on it's way to me from the guys there. Two days after original phone call. No problems or fuss. Fully reimbursed. Definitely reccomend.

Second car I've sold here, if you understand the game and make allowance for people making money then its perfect. Don't expect to sell a car for what the garage will retail at! They've consistently stuck value on the trade in price offered else where, hassle free sale at a time convenient to me (often days later) and a free lift home. I can undoubtedly say the convenience has allowed me to make savings when buying newer cars, keep in mind that these guys have to make money as well and that you are getting a sale that day! In Response to Nicki Prince, your car needed a new clutch as it was slipping quite badly, we got a quote and it was approximately £450 fitted, we did say you could take your car away and have it fixed then bring it back to us and we would honour the part exchange price agreed over the phone, in the end we agreed £250 less and no warranty, you old car still needs a new clutch so would stand a lot more than what we gave you for it, we have to make money or we wouldn't be in business. We are a small family run businesses and customer care is always at the top of our priority, If you were unhappy at the time all you had to do is say no thank you and you could of walked away, all deals done over the phone are subject to seeing on both party's behalf.

Ok, hovering between 3 and 4 stars for this place. Some of the cars for sale are a little overpriced but the staff are friendly, helpful and not too pushy. Recent refurb of the offices gives the place a more credible feel but these guys are used car salesmen at the end of the day! Decision to give 3 stars is down to the absolutely appalling access if you are coming to them from the scotswood road. There's a good chance that you will write your car off when changing lanes - at least you can get a replacement here!
