I don’t often “review” on here, but this company deserves a mention. We have now bought two vehicles from them and will definitely be buying more. From the initial meeting, through to the test drive, purchase and after sales assistance, they have been exemplary. Jay’s outstanding customer service is the reason we came back for the second vehicle. Polite, efficient and professional throughout. The whole team work well together to make sure the service they provide is second to none. A rare find!

It has been an absolute pleasure buying a car from AutoUnit today! The guys were so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble and their time (and we did take up a lot of time 🙈) was not a problem either - they were happy to talk us through everything we needed to know, sort out a great deal on part exchange and generally made us feel at ease and actually enjoy the whole experience 🙌 Until finding this place today we were well and truly deflated trying to find what we wanted and somewhere that was helpful and friendly, somewhere we could put our trust in with not just the sale, but the after-care too - which we expect will be second to none as they could not express enough - if there are any problems or even just a question about our purchase, we can call in or phone them, anytime! Fantastic team, great service, very helpful and professional. Sold my car to these guys through Motorway great communication from the start offered me an excellent price and when they arrived to collect the car they paid exactly what they had initially quoted and didn't try to haggle down. I was a bit reluctant buying my first car such a long way away but very happy with the service i received from Jay and the team at auto unit. I bought a lovely Jag which had a problem in the first month.. They sorted along with a few other bits and took their time to make sure it was properly tested. Not had any issues since. Both my wife and I went to purchase an Audi A1 on bank holiday Monday and literally from the time we arrived to the time we left in the Audi both Jays who Work there couldnt do enough for us they were superb!. What a fantastic place, there was no pressure on us at all and we had as long as we wanted to view the car on our own and to take it for a test drive. We were offered tea and coffee lots of times too. The car is running like a dream top quality and immaculate throughout. Would highly recommend! Wow what fantastic service. We had a proper test drive with Jay not just down the road and back like most garages. We had a good price for our part exchange car. I was dreading going to look at new cars as my previous experiences had been condescending and I felt the sellers were disingenuous and only out for what they could get - this experience could not have been more different. Their location was easy to find and gave us great directions on the phone - said we could come straight away. The guys here made us feel comfortable from the get go - refreshment offers straight away and the car was ready out waiting for us to have a look - left us to it while we looked (with the key) and did not wait on our shoulder throughout like some. Simply told us the details of the car and said they were inside when we were ready or had any queries and we could take it for a test drive. Car was spotless throughout and well presented and was exactly as stated on the website (which is also spot on I may add) and test drive was great - not too short and, though I was nervous, he was understanding and made me feel calm straight away. Very down to earth. Car was ready for us next day with a free service beforehand (after an afternoon appointment that day) and, given that it's first drive was home down to Cornwall, I had no problems then or since - great car. They even gave me a call next day to make sure I got home safe. Highly recommend for anyone.

I have bought my first car from here and it is a 2010 Toyota yaris. The experience from start to finish was excellent and so is the aftersales service. No pressure at all and left us to it when viewing their vehicles; which may I say were all very clean and well presented. Efficient, informative and quick - this is a small family-run independent business which provides a level of service one would expect from a high-end, exclusive outfit with manufacturer support. The team provided an additional, personalised video to show the condition of the car as well as transporting it as soon as the funds had transferred - paid the bill, and 4 hours later the car was with me. They took the hassle out of purchasing a vehicle, and this is much appreciated.

*****Talk about 5 star service, how's that for a review?I work for one of the biggest dealer groups in the country, with about 5000 cars in stock for me to choose from, Sham and fam have been doing this for so long that I preferred their service to choosing from the thousands of cars I have within one click. I called Sham at 17.45 yesterday night, and told him I liked the car and I told him, there is a curve ball, I needed it for 09.30 am next day for a trip with the fam. Within 10 minutes he called me back with finance arranged and told me "I'll see you tomorrow morning" . They open at 9.30am. i got there about 9.20 and the car was being valeted and prepped. Talk about going out of their way. My new whip is amazing and this is where all my future cars will be coming out of. *****
