Great service. I had an air con problem identified before I went to the Isle of Wight. On the off chance, I contacted these guys, who fixed my air-conditioning, which allowed me to travel comfortably back home during the heatwave. I liked the service, they did not try and sell me lots of extras, did what I asked and that's it. Recommended.

Amazing car! Amazing service! Great local dealer. There was a tiny issue with my focus I bought from here, they had the car straight back in to sort it, no waiting times for bookings, just drop in and the mechanic found the time to sort it quickly. Phoned and booked appointment to meet Paul as I was interested in a car they had. I was seen the following day and test drove the car with Paul. The car was unfortunately not for me solely based on price and not being able to strike a deal. Paul was however professional throughout even though they were very busy (which I guess is a good thing). They definitely have one of the best selections of used cars on the island and they know their stuff. The mechanic there was a really nice guy and super friendly. I definitely was not put off buying from them in the future and I could see that their after care would be top notch 👍🏻

Bought a car here in April 2018 and didn’t leave a review at the time, but this garage has the best selection of cars on the Isle of Wight. There is a wide selection of size, price and also types of cars! Very impressive and also has garage on site too. The service was great, the all of the ex-staff who I dealt with were excellent, professional and applied no hard-sales tactics. The only reason I’ve left a 5 star review is that whilst the prices are good, I feel they could be slightly more competitive but aside from that, I feel the after-care support was excellent too so in reality, this increases value for money at the branch. Overall very impressed and I still have my car, in working order, to this day. I recommend others to visit this location! Thank you Sixers Group - a happy motorist.

There was never any hard sell and the car was really overhauled and many minor repairs to the bodywork (which I had overlooked) were sorted so the car looked brand new. First impressions really do count, I found the Newport Garage very well presented and Chris was brilliant in making the whole experience a dream. Very well priced cars which sell very quickly so my advise is don't wait if you see something you like. Test drive first thing on Saturday, offered a fair price for my car as part exchange bought and picked up my shiny new car Monday lunchtime. The staff at this garage are always prepared to go the extra mile to provide great customer services. We had an urgent electrical problem with car. Head Lights flickering off , bulbs blowing and central locking having a mind of its own. Caroline was able to book the car in next day for an “emergency appointment” . They diagnosed problems and ordered new parts at 1700hrs. Kept car O/N and fixed next day plus identifying some other gremlins under the bonnet and fixed those too. Labour charges were more than fair and the car is sorted. We bought the car from them several years ago. Good deal. Always had this kind of service and had honest appraisals of what actually needs to be ✅. Knowledgable and professional. Would always recommend and would buy from them again.

Great service and mine was a complicated part X involving historic vehicles. I bought a VGC Silver 1999 C240 Mercedes off the Lake Garage.The Car was immaculately presented in Full Order and Paperwork.The Car had been Fully Prepared and Serviced for sale.The Salesman Chris Chambers was not pushy or evasive as I found at other Dealers.He was friendly,helpful and knew his stuff.I have only recently moved to the IOW and had one major bad experience with my previous car at a Sandown Garage.I took the Mercedes over to the Carisbrook branch to say thanks and meet the Service Team.All in All this is a Pleasant Suprise and I shall use their Lifetime Service Plan.
