B.Was in touch with Tim over email for the past 2 days, made arrangements to go and see the car on Saturday, arrived at Chepstow TC , was welcomed by one of Tim's colleagues, looked at the car I was interested in, and it was described as it was, it was stunning. Took it out for a test drive and i really couldn't have been much happier. I was putting my car in for Part/Ex , a problem arised with my car while we were there, but Tim still took it in Part Ex.
There was no pressure , no hard sales from anyone there, it was a nice environment.
The whole process was faultless and went smoothly, and i would highly recommend Tim and his Colleagues at Chepstow Trade Centre to any of my friends and family.

P. T.Bought a lovely little Renault Twingo, first car for our daughter. CTC were very friendly, helpful and professional (thanks Craig!) from first viewing through to test drive and purchase. Not at all pushy, totally respectful. The car was serviced and MOT'd before the test drive, and beautifully valeted.
Viewed on the Friday, test drive the following Thursday (at a time to suit us) and drove away the same day.
I can wholeheartedly recommend CTC.

Yes the car has a few age related bodywork issues, but then it was an 11 year old car. My son gave the car a thorough look over, we changed the cam belt and 1 front caliper as precautionary but that was my decision to have the work done. All in all, I love my new car!

J. L.I bought my new car yesterday a 2010 Ford Kuga, which for a 9 year old car is immaculate, super clean and drives amazing. I dealt with Tim, who was brilliant, very professional and polite, despite my numerous nagging phone calls 😂 I found the car via an add from Gum tree, I live approx 60 miles from the garage so to save me driving all the way up there he sorted everything over the phone and he arranged to have the car delivered for me at £1 per mile. I'm more than happy with the car and service from CTC, would definately recommend. Thankyou again 😊
E. W.1st class service from first phone call to collecting my car. They offered me an extremely fair part ex price enabling me to purchase my beautiful beetle convertible. All the staff were fab. Ady was especially patient as I rang and text several times asking questions about this that and the other!
An issue did occur with the car just after I bought it , their customer service was superb, they had the problem sorted and even bought my old car back so I would nt be without transport whilst it was being repaired.
As a female I'm always very wary of buying second hand cars but these guys were a pleasure to deal witn with. Highly recommend
