I needed my rear brakes replaced as they were basically worn and due to having the MOT coming up very soon, I decided to give these guys a try. Not only did they check it for free but they didn't charge me alot, they were reliable, they were very polite and very helpful. When I applied for a 10% off voucher that never came through, they still knocked it off for me anyway. Very satisfied with their service, the job and the cost of the job they done. Would definitely recommend

Welcoming, efficient and a full explanation of what needed doing and how the mechanic had completed the task. Provided me with photographs of the fault to the brake hose and what was required. An appropriate charge for the time taken to complete the task. Will be returning for any further work in the future ie MOT/Service.

So refreshing to meet a service manager that knows his stuff. His suggestion with my Mercedes resulted in the whole rear subframe being replaced as a recall - saving me thousands.... This place did an outstanding job on doing general maintenance to my front brakes after my MOT, since having the car I had issue with the brake squeaking ever single time, this is the first time since buying the car they haven’t, the service here is amazing! It was hard to pick a garage after the issue I had with another garage where they messed up my rear breaks during a service and return an unsafe car to me clearly I was unaware of this at the time only to realise that coming down my high street I wouldn’t have no breaks it was a very scary moment with my child and partner in the car also!! Luckily no one got hurt and I managed to get the car home! But elite garages insure me they would look after me and the car and they did just that amazing service and outstanding customer care I’ll definitely be bring my car to you guys all the time now thank you so much

I had a puncture whilst visiting my mum on the Isle of Wight and went to a lot of garages to get help and after going to 3 garages I ended up here. They not only fixed my puncture but sent my tyre of to be welded on a Sunday to get me home to the main land for my job interview. Highly recommend 👍

I had a flat tyre yesterday morning and was booked on a ferry at 1pm. When I limped into Elite Garages on my temporary tyre they managed to fit me in and replace my two front tyres in record time and I was able to catch my ferry (just!) Excellent, cheerful service with a smile, 100% recommend them.

I heard a loud knocking from the rear of the car. Thinking it was either a wheel bearing or exhaust mounting I tried Elite who inspected straight away and detected loose wheel nuts on one wheel ! There was no charge for sorting it out. Thanks Pete at Elite-great service and I will return for servicing and MOTs

An urgent call after finding my ns rear tyre flat to floor, managed to crawl to garage and even though they were very busy they did their upmost to get me back on the road in 2 hrs. Can't thank them enough as we were visiting the island and still had lots to do.

Fantastic! After popping in a couple of weeks ago and Jim kindly taking my car for a test drive and reassuring me my worry was just that and all was okay, I decided to go back to have a repair carried out for another issue. I rang first to enquire about price of tyres and the gentleman was very helpful and gave me 3 prices for various ranges . I decided to book an appointment for 2 new front tyres. When I took the car in the gentleman was very polite and courteous. He said he would ring in about an hour when it was ready. My very first visit to Elite was at their newest branch in Newport, Isle of Wight. I was glad to see the attention to detail (such as seat covers) were in use. The staff were friendly and most importantly the work on my car was undertaken to my level of expectation and standards. Part of the reason for my visit was to actually have my wheels rebalanced, after another well known chain of garages really messed up the work originally. Super pleased as the team have done an excellent job! The weights are safely and discretely placed on my rims in a matching finish. Oh but I wouldn't rely on a decent Wifi connection to get any work done whilst you wait. Unfortunately my devices were unable to authenticate on their guest Wifi. One star off for that as it was an advertised facility. However I just went to a local coffee shop instead.
