Have purchased a few vehicles from this site and have always had a great experience from the initial order up until I've collected the car. My most recent purchase was my Audi A4 which was in Portsmouth. The team arranged to get it delivered to Newport and allowed me to drive it before agreeing to the sale. There was a slight problem with the brakes (they noticed when they checked it over) which they got sorted straight away without a quibble. All the staff are friendly and I won't hesitate to come back when i'm ready to change my car.

Recently bought my new car from Evans Halshaw in Newport. Both Thomas Vaughan and Peter Jenkins were brilliant guys to deal with. No pressure, friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. Brilliant communication throughout and even a follow up phone call the following day to check we were happy with the car and that everything was to our satisfaction. They were great from start to finish. I love my new Mini Convertible and would definitely recommend them to anyway looking for a new car.

I dealt with Peter Jenkins, and can't commend him highly enough. He was polite, not at all pushy, informative, and patient at every step. We bought a second hand Mini Cooper online, via zoom + walk round videos etc, and couldn't be happier with our experience. Car was delivered promptly and in perfect condition. This is my second time purchasing a car here, the first time was my first car and the process was simple! The salesman talked me through everything, even what to expect on the road as new driver. The second time I didn’t expect to be as straight forward (through no fault of dealership) because I was part exchanging my first car and settling my finance. However, it was just as easy! I ordered the car from another dealership and it was delivered within a couple of days. I received a great price for my first car and I ended up having equity so I was able to use the money to pay off the finance and put towards the deposit of my new car. Again, the salesman talked me through everything including insurance and the manager put together a great finance package. Every time I have to deal with the dealership, whether it’s for a new car, a service or just advice, they always go above expectations! I couldn’t recommend enough and will be coming back for my next car!

I can't fault the buying process earlier this year. I ordered a car to be delivered from Leeds for a viewing and a week later I was ready to drive off. They even waived the transport fees in order to fit the car into my budget. I had the MOT as included in the service plan I took out and was a little disgruntled that they wanted to charge £90 to inspect a tyre for faults because the pressure was low when a new tyre would have cost less anyway. Still, decent place to go car shopping.

Bought a Peugeot 208 gti from Tony Costello. Great car for a great price. Was a very straight forward transaction, Tony was easy to deal with and very helpful. No surprises or hidden extras, I was clear from the outset that I was a cash buyer that didn't want any extras. Tony was happy to sell me the car on those terms. Easy purchase and hopefully for Tony an easy sale. Spoke to Lewis and another salesman whose name I didn't manage to note but they were friendly and helpful too. No pressure, wasn't jumped on when I wandered around the forecourt. Just be patient as when they're busy you may have to wait to be seen. Car dealerships get a bit of a bad reputation but I find if your clear from the outset then there is no confusion for either party.
