I really want to like premier ford you know the cars going to come back better than it was most times. But they do their best to put you off £180 going up to £300 to refill the gas in Aircon and check for leaks. I'm guessing the staff are on £90 an hour judging by how much they charge on top for labour.

I have just purchased a car from Premier Ford and all I can say is the service I have received from all departments is second to none. Leigh was very helpful when purchasing the car. I had a minor issue a few days after collecting the car, but Claire in the service department was very helpful and the car was booked in for the next day and rectified, I was kept informed during the day, and to top it off, it was washed and had a vacuum . 5 star service all round.

Had a meeting with a lovely gentlemen called Barry. I was there to test drive a car through the mobility sceme. I had to take my two boys with me. My eldest is profoundly deaf and Barry used makaton to communicate with him which was lovely and he showed my youngest how to do a card trick which he was over the moon about! Thank you so much for being so very kind and attentive.. it makes a mums life a whole lot easier!! Thanks again.. I would strongly recommend going the Premier Ford. I bought a car from them many years ago and used my old car to part exchange and they gave me a good price for it. 😀 Thanks again guys and gals... lovely, friendly staff go a very long way with me and many other, im sure!

I needed to hire a van last minute, I searched through different company’s on the Island via google and Premier ford appeared as one of the top advertisers. I emailed to find out some more information regarding cost etc and within 5 minutes I had a reply from Donna and then a phone call, within minutes I had arranged hire of a van for three days at a very reasonable price (compared to other company’s). They were very flexible as to when I dropped the van back, I wasn’t tied to opening hours, so when I had finished with the van on Saturday evening I safely dropped the keys through there letterbox and that was it! Hassle free, the van was immaculate inside and out, it had a full tank of fuel, all I had to do was replenish what I had used which is perfect for me! I really cannot recommend them enough! If you are looking to hire a van, hassle free then I very much recommend using Premier Ford.

Nice enough place to have a look at cars, don't find the salesmen too pushy, which is nice as some show rooms you go to the salesmen jump on you like a rash until late the point you have to be rude just so that they will leave you alone, although it was a pleasant experience I still dint buy a car
